I wasted 25 minutes going to the UPS Store on Columbus only for it to be closed. It's Tues 2/27 @ 930am? You open at 8am. Thank you for wasting my time.

They don’t deserve a rating of zero because they did put in the absolute minimum effort to acknowledge me after they felt they had proved some point ignoring me standing in front of them with no one else in the store.Let’s do better next time please.

Have been in a few times over the past week for business and have not been impressed. Shout out to Kyler, the *only* staff member that was polite and helpful. Also the email and print fee is ridiculous. After tax it runs about $10.

TOTAL RIP OFF! This privately-owned franchise store UPCHARGES on everything including INSURANCE at 4x the official base rate. If I had taken it to an official UPS location it would have cost me around $120 to ship and insure three suits in garment bags and three pairs of shoes instead of the $240 plus charge that I have disputed.

TOTAL RIP OFF! Wish I had read the many single ⭐ reviews before going there. UPCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING including PACKING + SHIPPING. Charged for INSURANCE AT 4X THE BASE UPS RATE!

One of the worst ups stores in SFThis place is for tourists ONLY!Locals beware they charge about 20% more than any other ups store in the city for shipping and P.O. Box. But at least their service is terrible. One guy handles the holiday crowds. And they close at 4pm on a frickin Saturday to put the icing on the inept cake of disappointments. Like many other business in the Wharf this is a ripoff junk store run by a complete hack.

My husband and have been a customer (mailbox renters) for over 15 years at this store. We rent a mailbox so we can have packages delivered to the store which otherwise might be stolen off of our front porch. For the last six months we have been trying to get insurance money from the owner of this store for a package valued at $600 which was lost. We don't know if it was lost by the store or by UPS (dispatch or driver) before it got to the store but nevertheless we are entitled to insurance money. We are not happy that the package was lost and we cannot get any satisfaction from either UPS or the store owner in trying to locate it or to reimburse us for the lossOur main complaint for the purposes of this review is how we were treated by the owner of this store. He is uncommunicative, unhelpful and disrespectful of his customers. He does not answer emails, phone calls, or otherwise try to solve problems of missing packages. It has been over 6 months since we became aware that the package was missing and we still haven't seen any insurance money. The only person he responded to, but then didn't do what we were told he was asked to do, was a very kind agent in the UPS Store Customer Service Center in San Diego. Beware of having to deal with this irresponsible person who should not be allowed to operate a business in San Francisco.
