I came in to mail a package to my grandkids up in Washington and Rosa and Daniel has EXCELLENT customer service SKILLS that I have ever received. I really appreciate them. So if you do have a UPS store that you regularly go to I recommend that you come on 24th St. and meet Rosa and Danielle.
