I was moving across the country and had to ship copious items. The whole team was incredibly helpful, respectful and handled everything very timely. Merce specifically was provided amazing services. Would 10/10 recommend!

Pack, ship, send, receive packages... but they don't provide a way to throw away trash or recycle boxes.
Instead, they tell you to throw it away in one of the trash cans outside the store. What a tacky, miserly thing to ask of customers.
I also do a lot of business with the FedEx stores in the area and I've never encountered anything like that at a FedEx location.

Avoid this store.
The staff were utterly rude and unhelpful. I went there to make prints. They first told me to pay to use their desktop to pull up my file and then when I didn’t know how to proceed with printing double-sided, they told me I could just email the file to them and they will take care of it. I ended up paying for using the desktop which had no use!
Then they printed my files one sided. I had asked for double sided to save paper. They shredded the whole 400 something pages and reprinted my file double sided. The price did not vary much. I had asked them for their staple and they very reluctantly gave it to me. When I was using the staple, they told me I should have told them I needed a staple on the outset and the printer could have done that for me. They said all this with dismay and a frown. And I felt I was doing something wrong the whole time. Very very DISAPPOINTED with this store. Will not go back!

Went in for an Amazon return at 930AM on a Wednesday and it took about 15 seconds total.
They scanned the QR code and then processed the return and gave me a receipt. Faster than I expected

Can't pack up even a few items in bubble wrap on premise due to "liability" issues, wouldn't lend me a pair of scissors, but happy to sell me a pair, then offered to pack those few items up for me in the back, sight unseen. A UPS store in San Jose let me do all of the above myself (even lent me a box cutter). Only giving 2 stars because it's a clean store and the staff were kind, albeit unyielding.

This UPS store is the worst. During the Covid crisis we could not pick up the mail from our mailbox as we were overseas. When we returned I called and a young lady let us know our mail was still there. We went the next day and the very rude manager told us our mail was all sent back to the Post Office. Huh ??? This was a blatant lie. This store and troll like manager have serious Trust and Integrity issues.
