Wondering if they’ve since put a lot of effort into customer service since the poor reviews. I never leave reviews but am always blown away by the good service I receive here. So kind helpful and fast.

Today I watched as Mario and his coworker deftly handled a room full of customers. It included a woman with multiple packages, an elderly couple trying to figure out paperwork, and my complicated print job. They did it with ease and friendliness. Great experience
