This is the friendliest UPS store in the area. Daniel helped me today. I had a lot of Amazon returns and he was so patient and kind.

Alfred, Jay, Diego, Olga, and Daniel are awesome. They provide me with excellent customer service; and, they always go above and beyond to make sure all my delivery and receivables are met. I appreciate all they do, and they always treat me like I’m their only customer even when there helping many customers at a time, Thank all of them for me.

Enter through the “Live Fit Gym” sign door on California, the store is immediately on your left. Service is fast and courteous. I will be back :)

The address for this UPS Store is the same address as the Fairmont Hotel. Apparently there’s a secret store in a basement but I saw ZERO Signage and wasted valuable time in the rain for NO reason. I did not find the store. Go to UPS on Bush, it’s easy to find & staffed with nice people.

just moved into the neighborhood and i was surprised to find this little hidden gem! was there on Friday evening at 5:10 and the clerk was counting the register. Jay was kind enough to open the gate to let me in and helped me with my shipping needs. it was quick and easy. i cant believe how polite and courteous he was even when it was during his closing time. this location will always be my go to from now on and i promise next time i will go during your normal operating business hours.
