My package was taken here and then never left after being given a delivery date of July 3rd I finally got ahold of UPS customer service after days an days and they said I now have to contact the shipper and get them to file a claim, I was told this was the store my package was dropped off at and never moved from, I’m not sure what is going on but I really hope it was just misplaced so I don’t have to lose hundreds and hundreds of dollars

Gone WAY downhill. Horrible customer service. Called ahead for information, upon arrival with many heavy packages was told they don't offer the service I needed, didn't apologize nor offer help, leaving me to carry it all to another place. As a senior citizen that was a rude experience.

The Store is kind and friendly to do your daily business, which allows me to remember that customer service matters. Even though time travel can be a problem rather than a choice, we respect the worth of time wins.

Great service and very convenient to get to. I was able to drop off a package and get a receipt printed out in about 3-4 minutes.They also offers mail boxes rentals, paper shredding services, office scanning and large and small print projects.

This UPS store I go to is always clean, quick, and conveniently located. They also decorate for the holidays which is awesome!

customer service is very bad, they will charge you more and they dont ask your demand. They are just acting based on their subjective consciousness.

After dealing with Amazon for over an hour regarding returning a purchase, I decided to take the box to drop the box off at the local UPS store instead. Michael was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my item would be returned properly back to Amazon. He measured, picked, and packed the items for me. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Price gouging for prints. Still charging $2 when you can see a comment from the owner here that they are researching other cheaper ways to do prints for customers. That comment is nearly 3 years old. So, no, they are happy to price gouge you and gaslight you.I have started walking to the walgreens in the Castro. They only charge $0.25 for a print. Search for 'print business documents walgreens'
