Please don’t close this UPS store in October.
I ship packages from here almost every day. Everyone is so nice and nice to my dog. I don’t want to go to an ups drop off store. It will take longer for my packages to arrive and add more chances for my package to get lost.
Please don’t close this UPS in October. ?

Since moving into a key fob entry apt building with security cameras and 24/7 security guard, my package thefts have gone to zero and I don't have to worry anymore. UPS let's me track delivery truck on a GPS map if I'm in a hurry, but otherwise I get text, email, & push notifications even when I'm not expecting any deliveries

Yeah my expected delivery date was July 3rd 2024 and it took me days and days to get ahold of an actual human being and they said my package never left the facility and has had no movement at all since the shipper dropped it off, so now I’m out of hundreds and hundreds of dollars for something ordered to resell and now it’s too late and the person already got what they’ve been waiting for, (skate goods). So now I’m out of all this money and have to call the shipper so they can file a claim with this facility to find out what happened to my package. Awesome, and I’ve NEVER had a problem with this shipper before this is however the first time they’ve used UPS with me so terrible choice I guess

I wasn't able to print my return labels for my packages. The guy said they technically don't do printing services and the website might be misleading. They did try to let me email the pdf but it wasn't coming through. The woman staff said it's better if I print beforehand before coming through -- just too bad I don't have a printer at home. They were nice though. If you just are trying to mail something and don't have a label for it yet, you can use the computers to generate a new label.

UPS is a sham these days. The delivery guy no longer tries to deliver. They just put the sticker on the door claiming to have attempted a delivery. I was home the last three times and no one rang the doorbell. That is of course, because they want you to pickup. They charge $5.99 per pickup! Absolute crooks. Customer service says they can no longer set a pickup address, that's because they want to charge the $5.99 per pickup. I had only 2 hours after the final attempt to log in and pay the fee, otherwise it gets sent back to the sender! If it gets sent back, they get to charge again for shipping. Master plan!

UPS is utterly the WORSE ! It's IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE DIRECTLY AND THEIR OPTIONS DON'T COVER EVERYTHING. I got an email for an attempted delivery but nothing was left at my door NO NOTIC notice with a tracking number and they can't find anything without a tracking number and when you call them you just get lost in the maze of options and go round and round. The Voice prompts make it seem like they're going to let you speak to someone when you first call but you never can. So here I am with a critical delivery because this was medication from a laboratory that I need, I don't have a Tracking number so I can't speak to anyone there and when I contacted the shipper and they don't have the tracking number because they don't get it until the package is delivered! There is no apology and no compensation that could ever adequately resolve my frustration and anger at this point!!! Do you not have operations managers that review your procedures So they can actually be helpful?!!!!!

It's VERY hard to get through on the 1-800 number. I am grateful for Eric and his team for their help in taking care of my package delivery issue.

This delivery service is worst and worst for my package from 9am out for delivery till 9pm they don't show up and they don't pick up the phone no communication for little package I been waiting long day and no show up I'm really disappointed on this service

UPS was able to help track a package that I was not able to get delivered for a few days. Within ours, my package was delivered and I was able to complete my work in San Francisco right before it was time to go back home to Texas!
