Went to store mind day sign says back in 15 mins ... and hour later still no staff ... so sad I drove all the way to this location to grab a gift card for birthday party but the company miss out. Yes I can but digital but want to buy actual gift card and form local business. Oh well

Unwelcoming experience after “welcome in”. No XXLs hanging on the floor. An older white lady refused to look through any of the piles saying there were no XXLs until asked by a colleague. She made me feel like a disease following behind me straightening all the piles I tried my best to leave the way I found then vs genuinely helping me be a customer by looking for my size.I purchased the shirt she said couldn’t be found to prove a point. It’s 2022 don’t judge this black book by its cover. Beyond the color of my skin my money works too.Disappointed.

Make sure ur money is credited before leaving the store, if u return something. I Went in for a return, and it looked like they processed my payment back to my credit card but it was never credited.

I bought 2 shirts from this place sometime back. Unfortunately, one of those shirts was Final Sale and the store employees had not mentioned that to me when I was purchasing the garment.The employee was very rude to me when I was returning the shirts and gave me store credit instead of a full refund. I clearly mentioned to them that they did not tell me it was Final Sale and there was no board or label to indicate that as well. I feel cheated and lied to and will not be shopping here because of the employees.The shirts were good quality, but just didn’t go with what I had wanted to wear for an event.

The male sales associate is nice, but the Asian lady has a good amount of attitude. Even saw her give my mailman (I own a home a block away) the middle finger during the midst of the pandemic. Again... The guy is really nice but the lady is... Ehh

Disappointed to arrive and learn this location doesn't sell women's clothing. I've ordered online from them previously and the quality is really nice. Just no women's clothing available in store.

Love the shirts and the staff were super helpful. Their stock was pretty low though, seemed like they were out of half the things I wanted to try.

I ordered 2 Shirts and a sweater. I received a call from UPS that they found my package empty and damaged. They also notified UNTUCKit. The company has not responded to my calls or emails. DO NOT order from them online!
