Unfortunately I have had the same experience as the other reviewer of University Games not responding to phone calls. Their line during open hours is perpetually on voicemail, but messages left by customers are not returned. If I ever manage to deal with a live person there about my issue, I will revise this rating.

This company doesn't answer the phone. I've been tryi g to reach them the last 2 weeks and no answer I've left my name and number and no call back. I had a missing piece which I sent for in April and since it comes from Hong Kong i didn't recieve a package until the end of September but the package was empty. So ive been calling everyday to sort it out but again no one is answering the phone or calling back when I leave my number.
