No response!!!
I did my tax return for two years with universal tax service in Ocean Avenue. Everything was smooth. However, i needed to contact the office/agent with whom i did the filing as I noticed incorrect information. But no luck to reach anyone. The office at ocean Avenue is continuously closed. Phone number is just answering machine. I left a message hoping they will get back to me but nothing. I sent email also nothing. This has been like this for over a week with no luck to reach them.
Definitely next year, i will be checking for a different service.

I have been going here for 4 years already. I absolutely love Vanessa. She's on top of everything for us. You can always email her a question or call her if needed. The price is reasonable. She does our personal and business taxes.

Roger is amazing! He's been doing my boyfriend's taxes for a few years now and he's always been so helpful. He's very honest with everything he needs from you and goes step by step to tell you about the process and why he's doing what he's doing. He does quick work too and for much cheaper than H&R Block / Turbo Tax. The business has been around for a few years and it's a pretty solid environment. I haven't really interacted with the other workers but the vibe is great. They also speak Spanish here - so that's definitely a plus!

Roger was excellent. He was patient and informative. As we made an appointment at the last minute, he tried to accommodate us. We came in with more complicated stuff and took longer than what we though and quoted originally. Roger didn't rush us. He walked us through all numbers and explained to why and what he asked us. We saved $$$ from our tax return thanks to him. I'm glad I came here. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to Vanessa and Roger since they first opened in 2015. They have always been accommodating for my unusual work schedule and respond back promptly to any inquiries I might have. If your looking to save $ and have great accountants; look no further!

Really been satisfied with the service here every since I decided to do my taxes here. Vanessa is really good at giving you the ins and outs of how to complete your taxes. Very knowledgeable, very welcoming, quick and easy. Definitely recommend her if you are having trouble understanding you taxes when it comes to ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. If you are looking for someone to physically do your taxes, this is the place to go.
