Good bar, friendly service but very poor quality food. You’re better off not eating here and saving your calories for elsewhere.

Unprofessional and unnecessarily rude employees, (aside from the lady cleaning and taking dishes she is very polite) makes me wish I was a rewards member with a different airline. Even being free with my status id rather just wait at the gate next time.

Tiny. Overcrowded. Standing room only. Not a nice experience at all.

This is an outdated and crowded airport lounge with limited seating available. The seats outside in the boarding area at SFO are actually more comfortable.

Front desk clerk Jess was unhelpful and unnecessarily rude, made checking in difficult and felt unwelcome. Don't come here, especially when he's around.

Rude women at the front checkin and overcrowded.

Just another United Club but it has a good bar, a lot better than the one at International Terminal.

So, this is one of the smaller United Club locations at SFO by the E gates. When I say smaller, I mean small. Once you walk in, there is a large seating area with seats in the middle and along the wall, there is a long countertop with plenty of electrical outlets and great for standing or sitting on one of the stools. As you walk to the back where the food is displayed, you will see the large bar in front of you, public restrooms to the left, and in the far left corner, there are a bunch of seats with available power outlets. There is the food area as well as a freestyle Coke machine and espresso/coffee machine.I have to say that there has been a marked improvement in the food even in the last year. The day that I was here, they served meatballs with marinara sauce and all the fixings, salad items, and sweet desserts. The place is well-lit and if you can find a seat, it's pretty comfortable. I'll get back to that notion in a minute. The staff are constantly cleaning, restocking food, picking up dishes and trash, and making sure that everything is clean and tidy. The staff are really friendly if you have a chance to interact with them. The bathrooms are clean, and aside from the coffee machine and freestyle coke machine, there are large serving containers with ice water and various juices. Now, back to the Club being comfortable. It is comfortable, when you can find a seat. After I landed, I had some time before my connection. My next flight was leaving from the E gates, so it is natural for me to hang out at this Club. The place was packed. I waited 20 minutes before I was able to get a seat. There were so many of us just wandering around the club to try and find a seat. This is certainly frustrating and I wish that maybe they would just stop entry unless seats are available. I'd rather wait outside and then be admitted when there is a verified seat. I'm sure there are other ways to resolve this. Other club locations would post a sign that says no admittance with Club passes, but there were no signs today saying that. Over the last year, it has definitely gotten worse and it's really frustrating when you can't relax before your next flight. Yes, first world problems, but I am a paying member and others that I talked to today were also frustrated.

This place is not worth it. The room is full of cheap dated and uncomfortable furniture, it's grossly understaffed with very insensitive and rude hosts. We're flying with first class tickets to Hawaii today. We came into the lounge in the E area and were told it would be $120 for the two of us. They said that we could backtrack a long walk to the F gates as the lounge there is not an additional charge. My husband clearly has a very bad back, difficult walking and tremors. It was obviously going to be quite a hardship to do that. We paid the price, but all in all, you'd think they'd be more considerate and kind and accommodating than they were. I think United hires low class help. Don't waste your money.

Very nice club! Lots of good food choices, comfortable seats and drinks. Was somewhat full but still some seats available and not busy up at food bar.

Very small and crowded. Small food selection and just ok quality. Go to the f concourse lounge if you are able instead of this one.

Not a bad place to hang waiting for your standby flight to clear! The staff was decent and responsive not dismissive. The catering staff were very friendly and smiled when you made contact with them. Small gesture I know!Food range not big! But also delicious with a lot of Mexican influence.Nice space with big windows overseeing United activity.Toilets kept clean throughout visit!

This is a smaller but more up to date UA Club at SFO. Much brighter than the Flagship UA Club at the F Rotunda which was the best in its time. Great staff and nice bar.

This review is the for lounge near E4. I read some reviews of the lounge and got a sense that this lounge wasn't too impressive but my fiance and I were fairly impressed. The food was decent and tasty. We liked the ham and cheese sandwiches. They had a build your own taco bar area which we ended up using the filling as like a chip dip. There was a bar that had complimentary alcoholic drinks like beer, wine and some hard liquor. I'm more of a cocktail person so I didn't drink anything since you'd have to pay extra. I did use their espresso machine and made a latte. It was fairly spacious inside with seating and single couch-like sofas with outlets. We had 2 one time passes complimentary for the both of us, but I wouldn't spend $59/person for a pass. I would expect a bit more if I had paid $59/person to visit.

Shiesty group of people. I was catering a plane and dropped my phone around it and when I went to track it, it tracked it here by their break room and tech ops but everyone showed absolutely zero interest into helping me find it. They would just all look at one another like they're on the same crooked level. I know for a fact someone stole it because someone kept picking the phone up when I would call and it put me on mute. I even offered a reward to give it back to me.
