While here at the mall waiting to meet someone I dashed into Uniqlo to see their Athletic cut undershirts and found what I was looking for similar to what I have which was bought years ago but only better with a wider cut for the underarm area. I was surprised that they had the sizing and quality of what I am used to so for a total of $11 including the 25 cent bag I was in and out lickity split using the self serve kiosk. Easy to find things with a very helpful staff who lets you try on items depending on how that item is packaged.

Why don't you idiots update your store hours on yelp. Come to store and wait for 1 hour. Thanks for wasting my time. Now that I think about it. I've never seen any business on Yelp with more one star reviews than your company. You would think the amount of business y'all do you might want to read your reviews and do something about it.

We don't have a UNIQLO in San Diego. I believe the closest for us is Los Angeles. Anyway, this was my first time checking out this place. I was astonished that they had nice comfortable clothes at a reasonable price. I ended up purchasing a few items. They have a self serve checkout. It's neat cause you just put your clothes into the side container and it figures out what you are buying! I learned later I could have downloaded the App and saved some more money. Oh well. Make sure you download the App!!!

Horrible return policy. With any other retailer, I'm always able to return an online purchase in the retail store, but not with Uniqlo. This doesn't reflect on the in-store associates--they do their best to carry-out a consumer-unfriendly policy

Friendly and fast service. Came here for a specific black easy care shirt for an event. Looked online saw they had it and went to go try it on before buying.For the most part, the store is kept fairly organized. I was able to find my item quickly. Checkout was the best experience ever! NFC or RFID allowed me to self checkout rapidly.I dont normally shop here, but the collab shirts they do with artists are pretty awesome. Will be back for those!
