The best post office in San Francisco! Lovely Irina and Marina, who are always friendly, nice, ready to help with solving any problems with processing payments, letters, parcels. Excellent copier and printers. I always come from the city center to this post office. Excellent service, nice and clean office. The best recommendations and wishes for success!

I don't know how this store gets so many 4 or 5 starts review. As san Francisco been raining for a while, especially today raining hard. I went to this store for fingerprints. After telling them my purpose there, I asked them if I could use their bathroom, since many fingerprint shop closed and I was out all day. However, they told me that they did not have a restroom. Moreover, they told me that on 18th AVE there is a PARK there. I guess they wanted me to do my business there. "Is there a public restroom there?" They insisted there was a park there.I had done fingerprint many times, but did not feel uneasy, or awkward. First they did my right hand, but his equipment was on the left. So he stood in front of me and both hands held my right hand, plus twist my hand right and left. From the distance that he and I stood, seemed that I was holding and kissing him. I suggested that if he could stand on my right, then it would much easy for both of us. He got offended, and yelled at that I needed to learn how to use those equipment first or other stuff. "I don't need to do any of those!" If I made a good suggestion to your business, and as the operator, been doing this day in and day out, but still did not figure out a better position to do a very basic task. I don't have a word for them. All I could do, was telling them that I would not come back never again!

Neat little store. But it gets stuffy and quite uncomfortable once there are more than 4 people inside (maybe not enough air ventilation).The staff is friendly and speaks Russian as well. A big thumbs up to the male staff (don't know his name), who is very knowledgeable about their products and services. He is also the most efficient.Prices are reasonable. While I would recommend this place for shipping needs, I think there is room for improvement.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I recently shipped an odd size package, Rita helped me cut a box to custom size and helped me with various shipping options. Later, when USPS had weird issues with my package, Nick called USPS, resolved the issue and gave me a call back with update afterwards. This kind of genuine customer service is very rare nowdays. If you want to ship something i would strongly recommend to go to them rather than directly to USPS, FedEx, UPS etc.

Fantastic! I had a lot of wine to ship as well as fragile glasses. I cannot believe how quickly I was in and out and everything arrived expertly packaged. Super helpful employee who was by himself and did amazingly despite the long line.
