After seeing all the positive reviews, I came to Union Street Jewelers to ask them to re-make a double halo yellow diamond ring of mine that was recently stolen. I brought in photos and told them what I wanted; they suggested some changes that would update the ring, make it cleaner and improve the scroll work, and showcase the diamonds more (as opposed to showing more metal). I agreed to their suggestions and just picked up my ring today, and could not be happier! The diamonds are super sparkly and stand out more, the metal work and scroll work are immaculate, and the ring is even more beautiful than the original. The prices are very reasonable, their turnaround time was fast, and Garo, Vartan, and Adam are so friendly, excellent designers, and a pleasure to work with. They are already in the process of re-designing another ring of mine!

Garo, Vartan, and Adam are absolutely the best! Garo took the time to educate me about diamond cut, color, clarity and carats. He gave me accurate pricing with fun, friendly conversation. The store is GORGEOUS bright white with clear chairs and wall decor with pretty pink & orange accents. The jewelry is displayed under glass with class. The store is located directly across from Perry's on Union. Complimentary jewelry cleaning for customers. Definitely my top recommendation for Jewelers in San Francisco!

They're very nice and charming and do a good job but you'll literally pay double the price. I had a ring resized by them once. Then I wanted another resized, I decided to get other estimates in addition to their estimate. All three jewelers on the same street came back at half the price. Union St Jewelers had even told me that their estimate was a special neighbor deal. I now feel ripped off having gotten my first ring done by them.

I can’t recommend this spot and their team highly enough. They resized my engagement ring for me in under 24 hours just before I was traveling internationally, and were incredibly friendly, kind and professional throughout the process. I feel very fortunate to have had their help!

I walked in a couple days before Christmas for a ring resizing. The owners were very kind and knowledgeable and I felt that my heirloom jewelry is in good hands. They were able to resize my ring within 24 hours. WONDERFUL experience.

Greatest jewelers EVER!! They have fixed rings that I have taken back to the place of purchase (Tiffany's, Gucci, etc) that denied me any repair because they said it was impossible- this amazing team Of jewelers repaired it no problem keeping EVERYTHING (diamonds, look, durability, etc) in tact! And they couldn't be nicer! They truly treat everyone like family! Great option for all of your jewelry needs!!! Can't recommend this place enough!

Union Street Jewelers was incredible! I came in to get my locket fixed and they were able to fix it on the spot. They were also incredibly kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend going here for any jewelry fixing needs!

Adam was amazing - he cleaned a ton of my jewelry that I hadn't been able to wear in years totally for free. Looks good as new. And he replaced my watch battery for my Michelle watch too! Highly recommend - this place is great.

Garo, Vartan, and Adam are all so great and made me feel immediately at ease with their knowledge. They fixed my engagement ring at a very reasonable price and offered a unique solution for fixing it that no other jeweler has before. I'd recommend anyone to trust them with your jewelry!
