Best custom arrangement experience I’ve ever had. I mailed a card to their shop to be added to our flowers and they stayed in contact with us while it was in the mail and finally delivered. Great service and the flowers were beautiful.

I placed an order for our holiday party directly over the phone with Union Square Flowers (since it was short notice) and received quick and professional help with clear communication the whole way through. One month before my wedding, I decided I wanted to order flowers for center pieces instead of having my family buy them in store. I walked over to U.S. flowers and brought up my situation. Right away they ensured me they would be able to get the flowers I want by the day I needed them. The flowers were GORGEOUS and I picked them up two days before the wedding. I was given instructions on how to care for them and tips on how to best make my center pieces. I feel incredibly grateful for Union Square flowers for saving the day for me! Best part, I didn't have to break the bank. Thank you thank you thank you!

This is my favorite flower spot in SF! Super fresh & vibrant flowers, they last up to 2 weeks, and smells amazing! Patricia is a hard worker and very passionate, she pours her heart into her clients and always has great suggestions. I shop here often and every time they have different flowers & flower arrangements!!! The customer service is more than 100% perfection; friendly, listens, and super patient.

I live in Phoenix and had a special order for my daughter in SF. I talked with them on the phone for a bit about what I wanted. They were really nice, the flowers were beautiful, and I was surprised about how low the price was. When I have an order in the future I'll definately use Union Street Flowers.

This is long overdue. Patty and Eric helped make our bridal bouquet and boutonniere for our wedding last March 2022. The bouquet and boutonniere were gorgeous and Eric even hand delivered it to us at our wedding hotel at the Fairmont on the day of our wedding. Thank you very much!!We used to work near here pre-pandemic and always loved all the flowers here. Since moving further away from here, I don't get to come here often anymore. But their flowers are beautiful and I will come here for flowers if I can find the time to stop by this area. Plus Patty and Eric are awesome! Hope to stop by again soon!

I wanted flowers delivered for my sister-in-law's birthday and called a few florists near where she lives in San Francisco. The woman who answered the phone at Union Square Flowers was very upbeat, positive, and kind. She checked her inventory before promising me that she could do what I wanted. The flowers were delivered on time (within just a couple of hours of my call!), we're stunning, and we're under the budget cap. I couldn't be happier. My SIL was thrilled!
