I love this place. I started going to Uforia a year ago and I see great results. I've never taken a class I haven't liked. Spinning classes are challenging and fun. The music cannot be better. It feels like a party every time. Dance is out of this world. Great choreos, great music, great instructors.

Loved the instructors, but cancelling your membership is impossible. Emails are never answered and I kept getting charged for no reason.

I love Uforia - I've been going to their revolution classes for about six months now and have had a fantastic experience. Love the classes and how welcoming everyone is!

I always walk out of Uforia's dance and grit classes with a big grin and feeling more energized. The dance instructors have the best vibes, constantly bringing new trendsetting moves to the dance floor. Although the classes can be challenging initially, you get the hang of it after a few of them. Before I came, I struggled with picking up choreo, and now I'm proud to say that I can quickly learn new moves. The grit classes are also great. You get a full-body workout with diverse weight exercises targeting each region. I've been feeling more toned than ever after coming to Grit. Thanks Uforia :)

I've been going to Uforia for several years and love it. The dance classes are a blast, the energy makes it feel like going to a party and I always leave in a great mood (especially after classes taught by Walker, Esteban, Laura, and Jasmine!). The spin classes are great as well, especially if you want a good cardio workout. I highly recommend both!

Uforia is my favorite fitness studio ever. Their Revolutions Rockstars (spinning instructors) all put together thoughtful sets and most of them have good taste in music. I was doing no exercise at all three months ago, now I spin 3-4 times a week plus I dance twice a week with Josef Lagare who gives fierce and sassy hip-hop choreography that is difficult for beginners but the challenge is worth the fun and the workout So basically I am at Uforia six days a week so I have the all-access pass which is a great deal if you want to go regularly. The staff are all really friendly and everything runs very smoothly. It is a friendly neighborhood joint with none of the attitude of the corporate chains. All the classes emphasize high intensity interval training whether it is spinning, dance , or "grit" (a bootcamp-style workout I am not yet fit enough to try.)

Only had the opportunity to take 1 class while I was visiting a friend in SF in January, but it was a great experience! I took a dance class with Kyle. I don't see him on their current website, so I'm not sure if he no longer teaches there or was just a sub. I loved his class though! There was a warm-up, and then we learned a choreo to a specific song. I definitely worked up a sweat, and I loved his unique style of dance. This is different from Zumba, so it would be helpful to have dance experience to take this class. The building was very easy to find for someone coming from out of town, and the facilities are great. The studio is quite large, so there was a lot of room to dance. Overall: If I'm ever back in SF, I would definitely take another dance class there!

Uforia is the best! I’ve been going to the studio on California and Polk for almost 2 years. The instructors are amazing and the classes are so fun! They also have great deals for new members.

Classes were okay but beware how frustrating it is to cancel your membership. You can’t cancel it on your own on the websites so I contacted them multiple times via email and phone calls but they’re straight up ignoring it for days. I emailed them more than 5 days before the next scheduled payment so that I don’t get charged (it’s their policy) but I guess their strategy is to ignore customers until it’s too late to cancel their membership for the next month. Overall not a good experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I tried out a Dance class from ClassPass last week. I was really excited to check it out as I love to dance and have taken my fair share of fitness dance classes. Firstly, the front desk lady was very sweet. The studio is gorgeous, really well decorated and fun signs that make you inspired to be there. They seem to host other classes which I'd like to check out. The class I took says open to all levels and anyone who loves to dance is welcome. I think that is misleading, it is very fast paced. It felt like we didn't have enough time to master the first 8 count choreography before continuing to add onto it. I didn't enjoy the class because I just felt so lost trying to keep up. I'd come back again to try a different class but I'm not interested in the Dance classes anytime soon.

I’m new to dance but these guys make it super fun and easy to pick it up. Instructors like Josef are great!
