Products are okey, but the worst customer services I've ever seen. Ignorance of emails, unclear charges, and the support team would just close(they tagged it as solved) your ticket with no feedback.

After submitting the business address 26 times, the website gives no feedback and does not save the address. Efforts to contact the company are not successful - an AI voice directs all inquires to an online portal. However since I cannot verify my account, cannot get to support portal. I might walk over, they are just a few blocks from here?

We have been a customer for quite some time and are having ongoing support issues. It takes days to get a response and they have still not fixed our issue. This is have a large financial impact on our operations and there does not seem to be anyone to assist us. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I get repeated calls from them which are automated calls, and not a human. What a scam company.

Acquired Zip Whip, then shut it down. Failed to launch password controls. Failed to provide automated account protection protocols. customer service gets back to you ...when they get back to you. It could be days or weeks while you are struggling with lack of functionality of their product.

The spammer's delight. Just google "sendgrid" and "spam" or "phishing" and note the widespread reports of how Sendgrid/Twilio have been proliferating phishing and such crime; "SendGrid & Mailchimp Phishing Attacks: How Scammers Leverage Email Delivery Services To Their Advantage" - that's gonna happen but the issue is HOW does the company deal with it? In Twilio's case, apparently NOT. I've been getting phony "Costco Survey" emails and various other crap originating from Twilio's SENDGRID.NET with phishing code starting with SENDGRID.NET in the body, for weeks. Every damn day I send them one or two detailed complaints with everything they need, all I finally heard was "Hello, Thank you for the report. We are working with the customer. Twilio Consumer Trust" They're working with the SPAMMER? That's their customer?? Meanwhile, I keep getting this crap, COSTCO et al keeps getting ripped off, and I imagine these SF techies are slurping their lattes and cocktails all the way to the bank. Memo to legit businesses: STAY AWAY.

All five star reviews are faked. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. Nothing but spam coming from this company. Every day I get 50 plus emails from their scam company and they refuse to stop sending them. Its to the point I'm going to just take them to court.

I worked on the floor underneath this place and all I can tell you is that the employees were cold unkind people. I believe they are floating on a techie arrogance trip. I happen to be a microelectronics engineer and that arrogance stinks.

Using Twilio made me see a lot of gains within my company as we had better communication management within the business and also with our customers. I saw better employee compliance as sending notifications and job alerts had become a breeze.
