Very disappointed in this store's associates and their business practices. I really used to love coming to this store but it's getting more and more unbearable to come back to shop here. Do yourself a favor and buy your Tumi products online or I highly recommend buying from Nordstrom as they truly have probably the highest and best customer service experience. I do not recommend this store location and their staff.

Been a TUMI customer for 20 years. Just bought a brand new carry-on three weeks ago. Also have the satchel, and the back pack. Back pack zipper broke. Sent it in for repair. Came back. They didn’t replace the zipper, just stitched it. Fine.Two weeks ago, going through security, zipper breaks again. This was entering the airport for a trip with 8 separate flights across two weeks Awesome.I end up having to purchase a separate piece of luggage at the airport because this zipper is the most important zipper on the bag, and everything will fall out without it. Cool.I swing by the TUMI store at SFO, with a bag that’s already been “repaired” once, and they want to charge me to send it out for repair. For a new bag. A brand new bag. Under warranty.I’ve owned TUMI luggage for twenty years. I’ve sent out multiple bags for repair as I travel for business. I’ve never had a negative experience. Never. Even for equipment out of warranty. Always a magical experience. Until today.Is this the future of TUMI? Overpriced unreliable luggage with a subpar warranty and worse service? If I wanted that, I’d buy Samsonite.

This place was very unwelcoming. When I first entered the store, this worker named Corrine was arguing with one of the associates and that was very unwelcoming. And I did not get any "Welcome" or "Hello" what so ever. I entered the store to waste some time before my plane leaves and shop for a jacket. I got closer to her and then I see her staring me down. I will admit, I was wearing yoga pants and a sweatshirt but I do have money to purchase things in this store. As I carried on walking throughout the store, she continues to follow me. This is extremely redundant of her. She then asked me questions if I needed help and I said that I was okay but she continues to follow me. I pulled out a black jacket in a size small and she immediately encourages that I get a size XL. This was very disrespectful and stressful. I couldn't keep my cool so I immediately left and looked for my husband and kids. My experience with this store was awful. I totally suggest that if you get upset easily, this is not the store to go to!
