My car got broken into on 8/2. I was out of town so my mom helped to arranged for it to be towed to the shop. She already paid for the towing service which was $217, and Steven claimed $497 and got the check from my insurance.
There was no other damages besides the broken windows. Weeks later, Steven told me that there are some scratches (which were not there when I dropped off the car key). I think these were caused by someone pressing the broken glass to smear them on the car body. He filed for a total $6k+ claim including products and services he quietly added to the estimation for repairing/replacing the body and parts that he vandalized.
I’ve reported this to the national and state bureaus for insurance fraud, and the CA bureau of auto repair along with my insurance’s SIU.
I hope he’s not going to secretly damage my car further because I will have to take legal actions before any bureaus did.

Too Good did an amazing repair job on my work vehicle, a Ford Transit 250 HR, after I was rear-ended.
Not only was the repair expertly done, the vehicle was returned clean inside and out!
Amazing customer service as well. Steven helped through the claim process, making the matter incredibly simple. Thx TG!

Excellent customer service. Steve was professional, responsive and super attentive. Our car needed some fender flares installed for Metris Campervan and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

Neighbor's car got loose and rolled down the hill plowing into BOTH our cars. Insurance folks tried to get us to go somewhere else but I had read all the reviews for Too Good and insisted that our cars go to Steve & Team. One car was a 2022 Bolt and the other was a 2008 Civic which has seen better days. Bruh...Honda looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor when we picked it up. Bolt was restored to its pristine condition. Magicians work at Too Good!!I CANNOT OVERSTATE HOW QUALITY THIS REPAIR SHOP IS. Don't think twice, just take your cars here. Trust

Steven took the best care of my Prius and made sure everything was replaced and repainted to perfection after my vehicle was vandalized. Recommend anyone that needs the best service in sf to give him a call ✊

Very happy with the work done by Too Good. My front bumper was dented during a parallel parking mishap. Given how many sensors are in the bumpers of modern cars, a full replacement was going to cost me upwards of 2.5k. A lot of shops tried to upsell me on a full bumper replacement, telling me that the dent could not be popped out, and that either way the sensors wouldn't work since they had moved. Too Good popped out and buffed the dent the dent same day, for a fraction of the cost, and it all looks good as new (and all the sensors are working and good to go). Steven was quick, responsive, and flexible when I explained my needs and timeframe. Highly recommend them for any body work.

My car was broken into and ransacked they broke the window and scratch my paint. I went too there old location too find it closed. So I called Steve and they told me they moved down by Costco on Harrison st. Steve worked with my insurance and made sure everything got replaced and repaired. Thank you Steve and the too good auto team.

Excellent experience. My friend recommended this place bc they fit her in right away for her BMW and had a great experience. I brought my damaged Audi here and they were awesome. They were able to fit me in right away v the other shops in the area were taking appointments months out. They helped me set up my rental car w enterprise since none in the area had availability that weekend. They were communicative, responsive, gave me updates, dealt w insurance directly, etc. car was ready for pickup in 2 weeks which is exactly how long they said it might take. Car was clean and looked brand new when I picked her up. Thank you! Very impressed.

I was referred to Too Good Auto by the tow truck driver that towed my car after I was in an accident. The passenger side doors were damaged. Didn't know these guys, so I just relied on the recommendation and all I can say is that they were Great! Had no problems at all. Steven Chin worked with the insurance company, Farmers and all I did was just wait until my car was done. He always updated me on the status of my car until it was ready for pickup and that was the only time I met him. My car was completely detailed in and out when I picked it up. Completely satisfied with the work and the service. My car looks better than new.

Steve and his team are top notch. Don't BOTHER going anywhere else - this is THE BEST autobody place to go to. I had done a lot of research before I decided where to go and one time years ago, I had minor work done here - and they were amazing. So when I had a recent incident whereby a vendor crashed into my parked car in my building garage, I looked up Too Good again. Same amazing work and amazing service. I recommend you remember their name and give them the business they so much deserve. If Yelp had ten stars, I would give them ten stars.

Steven was incredibly helpful in assessing the need for and replacing my car's liftgate. He made insurance a breeze to deal with and the car looked as good as new when I got it back, as his team had given it a thorough clean. Couldn't recommend Too Good Auto Body more!

These guys are great. I had a minor accident that left the fender slightly pushed in and a few small scratches. I took it to another shop first that quoted me $3,200 by adding a lot of unnecessary work that I didn't ask for and didn't need to be done just to drive up the price. The other shop also was going to schedule me out a month later and keep the car for over a week. I went to Too Good for another opinion and so glad I did. Tony and the rest of the guys were so nice and respectful and did exactly what I asked for even better than I expected. They only charged me $250 and got it don't the same day in just a few hours!! I was almost worried because the price was so different from the first shop but their work is amazing, professional and I couldn't have been done better. They were honest and more than fair. Don't go anywhere else!
