I can't say enough good things about Todd. To begin, he's that rare trainer who is focused on you rather than being famous on Instagram. He's the real deal; bringing significant training experience and life wisdom to his relationship with his clients. Todd will encourage you to reach for more and also respect your boundaries. He's also got a wicked sense of humor. I'm grateful to have found him.

I am a man of a certain age with several injuries. Todd fully appreciates that and has tailored our workout structure to accommodate both. Todd is deliberate and methodical in his go slow approach and the results have been noteworthy not the least of which is a return to near full functional use of both shoulders and knees which are stronger than they've been in years . Todd is just what the doctor ordered.

I have been working out with Todd at Trainability since March of this year and have been very happy with his coaching. When I started, Todd asked me about my fitness background and goals and has used that information to craft and tune a training plan for me. I like Todd's program sequencing (in my case, rotating through muscle groups in supersets) and his relaxed communication/coaching style.Definitely recommended.

Todd provides an intense full body work out. Every session is different and fun. I can't speak highly enough of Todd. And an added bonus: he's funny and takes his job seriously. The location is also great.

Todd gives me a really intense workout, which is exactly what I want, and I've noticeably built muscle definition and have more energy in my daily life. He can also help with rehabilitation if you come to him with an injury. Highly recommended.

I started working with Todd at Trainability Studio as a safer exercise option over the pandemic. His studio is isolated and has great ventilation. Now that I have started working out with Todd, I cannot imagine stopping. The workouts are personalized and varied. I can tell that I have improved posture and stamina during the day. The studio is very welcoming and LGBTQ+ friendly as well. I definitely recommend Todd to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

Everything you need from a gym, great location, solid equipment, clean… and best of all; an awesome trainer like Todd! He listens to your goals very carefully and prioritizes them with a very methodical approach. And his repertoire of exercises are endless and will constantly challenge your muscles to finally crush that pesky plateau! Go work with him if you want to progress!

Todd is intelligent and supportive, personable and caring. For about five years I've seen Todd two or three times a week. Now in my 70's, Todd has assisted me through several health setbacks along the way. I confess that going to the gym is not my favorite thing to do. I look forward to seeing Todd because I always feel better (and maybe even a bit younger) after our sessions. He has clients young and old. His focus is solidly directed toward whomever he trains. I recommend Todd to anyone who wants to feel and look better!

I was looking around for a personal trainer and connected with Todd based on the great reviews on Yelp. Right from the start, Todd was extremely prompt with his communication and we were scheduled for a free assessment within a couple of days. He even set me up with a week-long pass to the gymTodd used the assessment to understand my physical state, my flexibility, movement issues, etc by having me do a couple of reps of a host of exercises. At the end of the session, we discussed what a training plan would look like.What I really liked about his training program was that he was willing to work around my constraints. I wanted to work with a trainer just once a week and he was willing to give me structure homework routines to do on my own on the other days. He also used MyFitnessPal to keep a track of diet and make suggestions. After the session, he was great about following up and answering any questions that I had.Overall, I had a great experience with Todd and I would highly recommend considering him if you're in the market for a personal trainer.

I don't live near a gym, so Todd comes to me which is so great!! He changes up each workout and modifies exercises to keep from aggravating my shoulders and hips--areas I sometimes have issues with when doing certain kinds of exercise. He's motivating without being a drill sergeant, and has a good sense of humor. The 55 mins we spend together give me a great workout. He also emails exercises and stretches to do between sessions, as well as food recommendations and calorie targets.

Todd stands above the rest! For the money you will not find a more educated and experienced trainer out there who can work with you to achieve a wide range of fitness goals. He's fun, personable and gets you results, all part of why I continue to see him today.I've been a client of Todd's since 2008 first at Diakadi and now at Fitness SF. I started from "scratch," i.e. no fitness or strength training experience. Todd worked with me to develop a circut training regimen, teaching me about muscle groups and exercise routines. Todd takes pride in his work and is vested in the care and satisfaction of his clients. Todd tailored a workout regimine around a serious back injury I suffered working as a nurse. His help is a big reason i'm walking upright and back on the job today. Thanks Mr. T!

Todd has been my personal trainer for 8 years. I started out in his former Gold's Gym boot camp class and moved on to 2:1 and 1:1 training with him. Couple training is a blast with him. Over the years he has kept me fit for running, skiing and the dance floor. He has also worked through both shoulder and back injuries with me, accelerating the healing process better than any physical therapist that I've seen; he's studying to become an Orthopedic exercise specialist. I would highly recommend him for all types of work out needs. He really puts the PERSONAL in Personal Trainer, meeting specific client needs and keeping the work outs fresh and exciting.
