“If you walk in here and are greeted by sunny prepare to have a good day. Man is a wizard. Fixed my messed up 21 inch Model Y rims in about 15-20 minutes per rim. I genuinely didn't believe the photos I saw on here but tried it anyways. 100% worth they really make it look brand new.”

I’m sure that doesn’t always happen but it was a nice surprise for me. I stopped by and showed them what needed to be fixed and it was ready in less than 2 hours. “I originally was going there for a regular maintenance and wheel alignment but later found out had many issues with my car. The service tech, Mark, was really informative about the problems they found and details about the costs and work that had to be done. I know most people will say it’s a gimmick to make the customer spend more, but my car had over 90k miles and I never had anyone do a detail checkup. It has been over two weeks and definitely feel the car drives better and smoother. 10/10 would go back for any future services.”
“I appreciate the professionalism, quality work, and reasonable price, that was offered by this shop.
On July 26, my Mom's car had a screw in one of the front tires, serious leakage was found. We really need the car to be fixed before noon due to a commitment in the afternoon. Took the car in. The shop was able to get it done before noon. Really appreciate the crew member's hard work to get the car repaired before we need it. Charged $60 for the repair. Considering today's economy, inflation, and the urgency of the work demanded, I am personally happy with the price.
On August 5th, my own car had a screw in one of the rear tires. No leakage was found. Took the car in first thing in the morning. The crew member at the shop immediately inspected the tire, pull out the screw, and confirmed no leakage was found. Job was done in approximately 15 minutes. The crew member did not charge me any thing, saying the repair was too minor.

“Hands down best mechanic I've used since Moss Motors closed 10 years ago. You can read my review for the Honda dealership on Van Ness. I took my car to a different independent mechanic after Honda and before Bob, who said the RF axel and half shaft did need replacing but they could do it for $700 less than Honda quoted. Bob straight up told me nothing was wrong other than my brakes were at 30%. He is super Informative and a great teacher of all things cars. Such a relief to have an honest hard working mechanic.”

“I had a very difficult and stubborn repair on our Prius, the Check Engine Light would come on every few weeks for the same darn code even though we’ve diagnosed and replaced multiple items on the vehicle. Stubborn enough, I gave in and reached out to SF Toyota to have them do an in house diagnosis. Making an appointment was super easy.
Here comes the exciting part, I got Chris Stone as my Service Advisor. Chris is something different, he listens, he cares, he keeps me updated and goes above and beyond. After running the diagnosis with Toyota's TechStream, they have diagnosed and pinpointed the problem to the Coolant Heat Storage Tank not holding heat. My Prius has low miles but it's an older version, it took me a while to sink in that the Coolant Heat Storage Tank needed replacement. I proceeded to have it replaced and then brought it back to have them Bleed the Hybrid Coolant System afterwards. Behold, it's been 2 months, Check Engine Light has not been on. I just wanted to Thank Chris for being so consistent and going above and beyond for me! Chris Stone is the real deal when it comes to communication. I highly recommend Chris Stone and will book him as my service advisor next time a problem arises (Hopefully not too soon though haha). Thank You Chris Stone!”
