Just list that it’s closed for renovation so we don’t waste time. Spent 30 mins figuring out where the store was, then placed the order online from outside their kitchen I guess, they gave the chocolate boxes in plastic box, asked them to give them to me on how it’s shown online.

OMG!!! I’ve first ordered brigadeiros back in October 2021, and I did a big order to give during my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. They shipped from California to Katy, Texas (where I live) and then, I took them to Cancun! With the proper care, they were still fresh and so AMAZING !!! It was huge success and people couldn’t believe it! After that and years later, I’ve tried the passion fruit brigadeiros, cookies, dark chocolate brigadeiros and the Easter eggs!!!! WOW WOW WOW … I can’t neither control myself nor stop eating the passion fruit brigadeiro. This is another level of brigadeiros ! Need to give a break on my next order, I lack emotional maturity ????? for this !!!! Besides all the quality, taste and professionalism, everything is so well packed with so many details and care!!!! You will not regret!!!! Trust me!!!!

I love Tiny B Chocolate for the quality of their products and customer service. I lived in Brazil for many years, and I cherish being able to order traditional Brazilian Easter Chocolate Eggs in the United States for both for myself and as gifts. There are NO other chocolatiers in the United States that offer these gourmet confections. The owner, Renata, is a professional and kind business owner; and, genuinely, cares for her clients.

I spoke with Andrei and did an interview with him for some market research he was doing. My sister in law has Celiac Disease and it severely limits the amount of food she's able to enjoy. Cookies are usually something she can't really have. In return for my time, they sent me some really great cookies! My sister in law finally got to have a chewy chocolate cookie for the first time in years. My husband and I were partial to the snickerdoodle but she loved the chocolate peanut butter. You can really tell that this company cares about the product they sell. My review took longer than it should have but I'm so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to chat and for the chance to try these cookies. Can't wait to order some for our family trip in a few months! ☺️

Had a little issue with a few brigadeiros and when I contacted customer service they immediately sent a replacement. And the brigadeiros were delicious. Thank you, Andrei!

I ordered 3 boxes of “fresh” brigadeiros in their website who says it usually take 4 hours to be ready for pick up. Anyway, I waited for almost 2 days, tried to call many times to check if the order was ready, but no one answer the calls/sent me an email to pick up. I went to the store and apparently they weren’t aware of my order(which was already paid), they gave me 3 boxes with cold brigadeiros they had in stock. Disappointed - too expensive

I discovered tinyB at SFO, at Napa Farms Market - I recently developed a wheat allergy in my 40’s (?), and I’m always on the lookout for something to fulfill the lack of baked goods in my life - these gluten free cookies are the best!!! The lemon poppyseed is my favorite however ALL the flavors they offer are delicious creative combos! Every time I go to SFO I stock up. I recently found out you can buy the cookie mix (with the brigadeiro filling!) on their website. We will be making these this weekend. ? I’m very happy with their products and my order arrived quickly and correctly. Thank you tinyB!!

I went there couple of times and the store was closed even though it was within the working hours . I was trying to reach the support but even they were unresponsive.Not sure anymore if this place is open at all anymore

If you need any kind of customer support, forget it. I’ve been trying over and over times to contact you guys, by email and phone and nothing.That’s my first and last time ordering something with you and I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I really would like to support this kind a business, but unfortunately, couldn’t happen.

Some might find the office a little weird for a store but dont worry! They make chocolates in the next controlled manufacuture area, where you can see inside. Really handmade, dense chocolatey flavor! She gave me a sample to try as I was waiting for my box of chocolates (they really get them ready for you onsite, very reliable) A great gift for Valentines

The candies are very high quality and artisanal but the storefront of the factory is very limited. Only a few things can be purchased at the door, otherwise you NEED TO order ahead of time. Staff were friendly but since it's a factory, I did have to wait for someone to let me in to pick up my order. I would not discourage anyone from buying chocolates there! Just a heads up on what to expect.
