Very nice and large window front. Very nice staff. I feel that when I am spending a sizeable amount for 2 services that I shouldn't have to hear screaming children. They were also treating a 1 month old rabbit as a toy. It is a living, breathing animal with feelings. It was trapped on a high table and zipped closed in a bag. The children were not taught to properly respect the bunny. I was extremely uneasy and unhappy with their behavior. I will not be back. I will also add that although the children were adorable...they don't belong in an atmosphere where people are trying to relax. The YMCA has summer affordable programs for children. Very unprofessional. I hope the bunny is better cared for and the mother pays more attention.

It was my first time going there after the owner was changed . Two ladies took care of my mani/ pedi, which was amazing. They really take their time to make sure I get the best service. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere, and I just loved being there. I'm looking forward to going back in a few weeks. Thank you, ladies, for the awesome service and job !

I'm really bummed. I got my nails done on 5/3 and they are now totally ruined, only 10 days later. I loved the employees and I loved my nails at first (the Gel X extensions), but after 3 days my pinky nail came off and now I have to keep gluing it. And after 8 days, one of the nails completely broke when I was literally just picking something off the floor. I am traveling for work and have to cancel one of my meetings to get my nails done in a random city because I have a work event tonight that I got the nails done for. This is really disappointing considering I paid almost $100 for these nails. I won't be returning.

I came here for a wax, and the staff is super nice and caring! The service was quick and no frills. The space is clean.

Nail technician was super nice and receptive of what I wanted for my nails! They took their time prepping and painting my nails, asking if everything was to my liking. The salon and staff are very welcoming and calm!

Wonderful pedicure—nothing felt rushed and I felt really well taken care of and my nails look great! They closed the door when they saw I was cold and offered me hot tea. Would go back! Great prices and clean.

They did a great job with my gel manicure. My nails look so clean and polished.
The place is so bright & spacious, the big window gives you a nice view of cable cars from time to time.. plus the location is just right next to the cable car museum if you’re visiting the city, it’s a good place to add to your list. ?

New management! So clean and so immaculate! Also love all the natural light - feels so airy and bright. Best part is the service is amazing - we are so well taken care of and pampered and we NEVER feel rushed at all. Plus there are 2 massage rooms downstairs - Now we can get a mani pedi AND a massage, wow. Best bonus: they have their own washing machine and dryer downstairs so all their towels are so clean and fluffy. I care a lot about cleanliness and this place is it for us. Thank you!

Tint has a new manicure team that provides an excellent service. They do very professional work with special attention to cleanliness and the good health of your nails. The shop is super clean and the team is courteous and friendly. They take the time necessary to do a good job without rushing. The shop is very welcoming and comfortable.

This spot was recommended to my by a staff member at the Intercontinental Hotel close by. Great Recommendation. I had an amazing mani/pedi. Clean, precise, and thorough. I didn't catch the name of the person but she opened the store so perhaps the owner or manager? I was very pleased with the outcome and the price.
