there's 15 people here including myself that have been waiting for 3 hours or more saying they're cleaning cars. they overbooked with no reservations. avoid renting here

Not good value for money. Insurance way over priced. No one to help with car, just given keys and told where it was. Person on the desk was friendly and helpful.
