My first-time online buying experience with them was very smooth. Items shipped fast. Carefully packed. I had a question and customer service was extremely responsive—responded to email same day and even over the weekend. They were helpful and kind.

These people could not have been nicer or more helpful. I'd had their 14 inch, flat-bottomed, carbon steel wok highly recommended to me. I walked in, found it, and a very helpful worker made me a copy of some instructions for how to season it correctly. I got a couple more things and had a lovely conversation with the cashier, who gave me suggestions for oil to use. I've had the wok for over six months now and it's one become one of my favorite pans in the kitchen. It's very sturdy and has seasoned up beautifully. They had a ton of accoutrements to go with the wok, next time I'm in the City, I'll be stopping by!

Low stock. When I did get it, there was a factory defect (wok not threaded to accept handle). Called to get it replaced and they said a new one would be sent right away. Called 3 more times in 5 months with the same response. Never got a replacement.One month later, after reading the review and calling, they have replaced it.

I baught a wok online, was charged and it never came. Emails went unanswered and it was hard to get a reach of someone on the phone. When I finally did, I was told not too worry, that a wok was on the way. Again the wok never came.If you are looking to buy a wok online, definitely look elsewhere.

I placed my order on the WokShop website in the morning a week ago. By the end of the day, I had an email confirmation that my order had been processed, packed and handed over to the carrier; a tracking number was provided. My package arrived today (East Coast). No complaints from this customer about their ordering process!

I placed my order on their website before seeing the google reviews and at first I was worried I made a mistake. Its true you don't see any email confirmations from them until the order ships (something they should probably improve upon). A week after I ordered I gave them a call and the lady that answered was very helpful and let me know the wok I ordered was packed up and would be shipped in a few days. I received an email it had shipped a few days later and received it shortly after that. The wok is exactly what I wanted, it was a gift for my partner and she couldn't be happier with it. I had no issues at all with ordering online, but make sure you take note of your order number incase you need to contact them.
