My first-time online buying experience with them was very smooth. Items shipped fast. Carefully packed. I had a question and customer service was extremely responsive—responded to email same day and even over the weekend. They were helpful and kind.

Low stock. When I did get it, there was a factory defect (wok not threaded to accept handle). Called to get it replaced and they said a new one would be sent right away.
