Great place to buy liquor in a sea of sometimes sketchy quick-mart type places. Great service, knowledge, and very good prices. A very nice Irish chap helped me pick out some California Bourbons, in a Scottish goods shop. Which is just a wee bit wacky! LOL.

I was in town for vacation with my s.o. She was the one that noticed the shop, which happened to be closed at the time. We came back the following morning with just enough time to browse and I'm glad we did.
We were greeted when we walked in. Brendan assisted us for the rest of the shopping experience. He was great. He had knowledge of a variety of whiskies. It was impressive. He made the shopping experience very easy and was able to get my order together. I've been home now for just over a week. I've opened up the first bottle that he recommended and he was spot on.
I highly recommend this place. The hours are limited but I think that's more of a SF thing. The prices were decent but the variety was very strong. The customer service really sets this place apart!!

This guy was very unfriendly when I walked in. Showed me the price on the bottle of Dalmore Cigar Malt I asked for, then said "I assume this is a gift?" when I paid.I'd just gotten laser hair removal across the street so my appearance was... comfortable.The assumptions he made of me and his poor treatment mean I will not be back. A shame, because I love good whiskey and independent businesses.
