    Good hotel but really a lot of homeless people around. May feel a bit unsafe. But I guess that's San Francisco. The 25usd per day fnb given to the guest with a few other freebies like free tram tickets etc. are great and certainly added to a memorable stay. The staff here are great BTW and the concierge team is excellent.

    A truly wonderful hotel experience. My room was very quiet and comfortable, with high ceilings, a luxurious bed, a great bathroom and nice shower, and an excellent, top-notch gym. The gym here truly can’t be beat by nearly any other hotel gym I’ve been to.

    Prime location (facing the union sq), beautiful room, warm service. The breakfast is really good, served at the beautiful oak room & grab-and-go breakfast is also tasty and has a good value.
