I am delighted with the service provided by Jerry and Cid at 1410 store, where I get my mail and have printing and binding done. They are ultra-courteous and helpful. Jerry did a rush job for me recently which was above and beyond the call of duty.

I received exceptional customer service from Jerry at this location. I forgot to write some information on the package which I dropped off. Then I called in and he helped me take care of it.
