I was visiting San Francisco and had to send my tax returns. They quickly registered me and packed up all three packages with my documents. I asked to go with the cheapest mailing option, which was $30 for the shipping plus the envelopes.

Tony at the Fillmore location makes a lot noises about wanting to be helpful, but I would never consider shipping internationally with them again. Tried to ship some personal effects including moisturizer to Mexico overnight and they assured me would be no problem. A week later I am trying to get the package back because customs say they never let moisturizer in without a health permit. Somehow the Postal Chase blames me for their shortcoming in not knowing about this customs issue. This has been an expensive debacle as they charged $400+ for a package that was returned due to their failure to complete paperwork properly according to FedEX. Finally Tony at Postal Chase decided to keep the full charge since the package was sent to Mexico even though it could not be delivered and was returned. Should have just gone directly to FedEx myself 2 blocks away - an expensive lesson in the hazards of using a 3rd party shipper. UPDATE: I finally spoke to Mario who owns the business and he told me that even though the package was not delivered he would keep the $400 I paid to ship the package He told me that if I want a refund for the undelivered package I could hire a good lawyer and sue him. Operating in bad faith, dishonest in my experience and a real FedEx is 2 blocks away. Strongly recommend avoiding. Also seems he is, i believe, a mini slumlord on the side based on this news story.

Owner does not take responsibility for his shop or employees. These guys are nothing but an intermediary for UPS. Do yourself a favor and just go to UPS directly.

Easy and efficient, but does not provide receipt for DHL packages. Would recommend if you are looking for the one stop package drop.

Tony takes care of me every time. Friendly quick informative. EZ. Skip FedEx Skip UPS Skip USPS. They are all here and simple. They also aren't trying to rip you off on packing materials also a plus.

Why is this place so freaking expensive. I came to drop off two small packages that would have fit in USPS medium priority mail boxes. I came here somewhat out of convenience and also because I didn't have the packing materials to adequately protect the fragile items I was sending. I was shocked when I saw that my two small packages totaled $91 versus the ~$40 I would have paid at USPS. Lesson learned. Convenience costs money! I will say the man who runs the place is very nice and extremely helpful, but I am still in shock.

I had to return an online purchase and it required me to ship it back myself. So simple to have it packaged here and sent via UPS.

Came by two weeks ago, I wanted to drop off my FedEx shipment, the man said they DO NOT scan prepaid shipment, I can just leave it on the ground, of course I did not just leave it there. He was lazy to scan it in, that's all. I have never been to a drop off location that refuse to scan in (this is the only one!), without scanning in as acceptance or in possession of FedEx, there's no proof I dropped off the shipment IF it become lost or stolen, so there's no coverage. No receipt to proof anything. I don't get why they refuse to do it, it's just a simple scan and it's their job too. Just lazy.

Really helpful staff. I needed to ship a bulky, odd shaped item and they helped me find the right size box and the lowest shipping cost. Then after I lost the receipt, they were able to find the tracking number for me. Went the extra mile and were friendly about it the whole time. Would recommend.

Options to ship UPS, FedEx or if you dare, USPS...yes! AND they will package it all up for shipping. We have a "box" here for years, and to know that packages are delivered safely and held until we are able to pick up makes this an easy decision. Convenience, quality of help, ease of use all equal time savers for us. Bonus: Tony and Bobby are the best!

Options to ship UPS, FedEx or if you dare, USPS...yes! AND they will package it all up for shipping. We have a "box" here for years, and to know that packages are delivered safely and held until we are able to pick up makes this an easy decision. Convenience, quality of help, ease of use all equal time savers for us. Bonus: Tony and Bobby are the best!
