Very well located hotel close to the city center and public transport

Mouse in the room, long hairs from someone else all over the bathroom. At night it seems to be not the safest area. Staff is nice and helpful.

Location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and accessing many transit options (cable car, streetcar, bus, etc.). Hotel entrance is safe (key card access from the street), very quiet inside, and the early check-in was greatly appreciated. We had a large, bright room and very comfortable bed.
