Super! This place is perfect. It’s just the right amount of everything. The cleaners are super lovely. All the self check in is very smooth. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Clean, cozy, to the point and enjoyable ❤️

Great location, very nice design, well thought out room planning (small rooms, but it's very cleverly solved), shampoo, shower gel, lotion smell very nice. Although there is only a virtual lobby, the service is easy to access. Still, I would prefer on-site staff.

The Hotel Castro is a beautiful property in a great location. The Kasa team does an exceptional job of managing the facilities - very efficient, flexible, and professional. The lobby bar is also lovely!
