Avoid wash and fold here. They lost multiple items of my clothing on different occasions and refused to do anything to reconcile it.

Wow, this place is AWESOME at Hayes Laundry. The staff are super nice & well respectful. The washer machine & dryer machine are super AMAZING. The three folding table are very GOOD. The coin machine looks GREAT. The Staff did a great job keeping this laundry environment place safe & clean at the same time. Great Job!!! Grade: A+ (Excellent)

Terrible customer service. I have been using them for occasional dry cleaning and regular wash and fold for our comforter, which is too big for our washer. The price was originally much lower but I learned that this had been done in error, and was disappointed to know I would be charged more going forward. Then I noticed our comforter would get returned to us with our cat's hair still on it and it didn't seem to be actually clean; we were told this was because we chose scent-free detergent. The last straw for me was when I drove all the way to retrieve our comforter, only to learn that the locker in the laundromat would not open for me; I called the manager Vernon, who offered nothing, refused to come in, and expected me to just make a second trip at a later date without any recourse. When pressured by me to offer better customer service given that it was their equipment that was malfunctioning and I had to waste gas at record high prices to make two trips, he begrudgingly offered $5 off but had the audacity to tell me that if he gave that discount, he would refuse to fulfill future orders for me!!To recap: changed prices, did a lackluster job, then treated me very poorly for being assertive about better business practices. We are in no short supply of laundering services in SF. Find another, better small business to patronize. I refuse to be treated like that and so should you!

Really not a fan of using quarters (36 for the big wash machine), especially as there is no sink to wash your hands for later handling clean laundry. The dryers are not always great, so plan to spend more than you would in more efficient laundromats and spend more time waiting for your clothes to dry. At my fav laundromat I pay for 20 minutes and everything is dry. At Hayes, I recently ended up paying for 40 minutes and a whole bag of clothes were still damp before I had to leave. Ended up having to rewash them bc them later elsewhere. -- If you're in a pinch and have time, it's an otherwise nice spot and the owners are really friendly.

I had a really terrible experience at this laundromat. The three washing machines that I used did not dispense hot water, at all. When it came time to dry the clothes, the dryers were not up to par. Again, no heat in three, separate dryers. It took an inordinately long time to dry the clothes; it was a waste of my money and yeah; I'd say this place is definitely a rip-off. I know who owns this place, so it's not surprising to me that they'd do that to their customers. Take your money and business to an honest laundromat. This is not it.

Hello my experience here is awesome! No longer have to worry about drug addicts smoking in the building, no homeless period! Great place to be alone, close to Alamo Square park! Love their fast reliable FREE WiFi network! Watch a few Youtube videos as clothes are drying! Biggest uh machine is $9 and change! Dryer are 5 minutes a quarter! One or two of the machine has 7 minutes a quarter! They have dryer sheets cheaper than advertised! Just load laundry go to Alamo Square park for a toilet break!! No toilet for customers! But it is worth it! Again FREE WiFi no homeless and clean

Giving four starts cause the machines are coin op only (quarters only, there is a machine where you can enter $1, $5, $10, or $20 bills to get quarters which is what I did). There’s no atm inside so you’ll have to go down the street to get cash. The machines work well and fast. It’s a bit expensive if you have a looot of laundry ($9 for the biggest washer they have, and $3.75 for the smaller ones). The dryers are cheaper ($0.25 per 5 min at any heat setting). It’s clean inside and quiet especially mid day. Wish they accepted card or Apple Pay cause it’s 2021!

The current wash and fold prices are awesome (25% discount). And it comes wrapped in nice paper. Turn around time is great as well.
