I’ve known the shopkeeper, Morgan, a long time. She and her dog Franky always bring a smile in my face whenever I walk into the shop! You can always be welcomed with a smile but much more than that. Morgan has a highly curated selection of awesome vintage clothing and as I am revamping my wardrobe and looking for pieces that are classic and timeless, I can always count on finding a new staple from my wardrobe when I visit the shop. She’s also very involved in the local Richmond District community, which I love since I live in the neighborhood. ?

Neighborhood staple. Owner Morgan is a pillar and fixture in the Inner Richmond community and her store is her life's opus focusing her excellent taste into a collection of vintage designer pieces to hip contemporary sunglasses ensuring you are best dressed for any occasion. I've gotten several pieces from Golden Hour and they've all been in excellent quality and have become part of my regular outfits. Five stars - keep it up Morgan

Very cute, and well-curated shop with good smells, jewelry and vintage clothing. The owner is fun to talk to, and the resident pitty mix is fun to pet. I got a beautiful hair clip this time, and can’t wait to come back.

Embarking on a shopping spree at the Golden Hour with my daughter was an absolute delight. The store's ambiance is inviting, with soft lighting enhancing the shopping experience. The diverse clothing collection catered to both our tastes, making it a fun bonding activity. The attentive staff offered valuable styling suggestions. Oh I need to come back (w/o my husband in tow) so I can really look and take my time here. Such a cute shop, reminded me of when I was in the UK in North London. Upon chatting with the owner I found she's well travelled and has family in Europe too. Her shop has a lovely vibe and beautiful things that are different, not that is in every corner store. Clothes, jewelry and hats, I'm sure there's more (I got stuck looking at jewelry today!) Love it, I found something special too. Yes worth a trip in to find your next "gotta have it".

Super friendly people with an awesome store. They helped explain the difference between different kinds of candles, and the cones then also lit a few of each so we could smell the difference and gave us a few extra.Owners were super friendly and told us about history of the store and some of the cool stuff inside!They also had an adorable small pug

Morgan is a vibrant jewel and very welcoming. I was on my way home from the De Young Museum reopening and somehow went into The Golden Hour. Perhaps it was the wonderful vintage Coach bag in the window or Morgan's welcoming smile. I went in and had so much fun. I live in Oakland but will return to The Golden Hour soon...just to see what's up and to enjoy a kindred Spirit in Morgan. So worth a visit for all Vintage Lovers.
