Great atmosphere good coffee, pretty expensive selection of very unique food items.

It's nice. The only thing I don't like about it (hence the four stars) is that their selection is spotty, and there are a lot of normal food items they don't carry. So, I've often walked in there and come out disappointed. They'd get more traffic if they'd be a bit more of a normal grocery, rather than only stocking the super-chichi stuff. End up having to walk down the street to Luke's Local a lot when I would rather have bought here.

Does not answer emails, does not call back. Online ordered a shipment and it was stolen in transit, company will contact me back to file a claim so im just out 100 bucks I guess

Love this shop. Layout is great. They carry staples like lemons, proper bread, etc, if you’re ever caught in a pinch. Get the morning bun!

I was shipped an incorrect item and requested it be replaced with the correct item. I was provided a return FedEx label but had to pay for repackaging since the original shipment came in a very large box and I was only returning one item. I personally paid for the repackaging but the company would not reimburse me. Unfortunately the replacement item that was subsequently sent was the same incorrect item. It’s been impossible to speak with a live person in the e-commerce section of this company. They’ve left a poor impression on their customer service and quality control. This vendor has lost my trust.

Amazing and diverse food and beverage offerings. I particularly enjoyed the liquor collection. The Sunday we stopped by they had a bourbon tasting.

The food at the cafe is pretty good though the service was very slow today even though it was not crowded. Also note that the iced tea is “seasonal” so may be an unexpected flavor. Today I ordered it and ended up with something I’m allergic to! I hit up the store across from the cafe when looking for non alcoholic drink options.

This is why San Francisco has a bad rep for being overpriced with downward spiraling quality. I ordered a double espresso, but they served me less than a single shot without any apology. You can find much better espresso down the street at Wrecking Ball. Save your money and skip this place.
