I ordered the caviar platter, and they said that they don't send out platters outside of their network, so they would make it better by sending me a package that was well worth the value of the money that I spent. They duked me and I was keft feeling very disappointed. And yes, I know good caviar, and no, I feel duke, robbed and raken for granted. If it's not made right I will shop elsewhere for my special moment!

Have ordered from The Caviar Co. several times to try different caviar types. It is always fresh and delicious and my friends are always so impressed by the packaging. I had to reschedule a shipment and the customer service was excellent. Will continue to order and recommend to anyone interested in trying Caviar!

I had purchased the Pringles order #30201. It was fine but U was disappointed when I saw a less expensive package with three types of pringles and the trout roe. I will have to be more careful the next time I order.

I purchased the Pringles x Caviar Co. colab box for my husband as a gift for our wedding anniversary. The box arrived QUICKLY and was packaged beautifully. I can’t believe a box of Pringles could looks so sophisticated and high end, but it DOES! No detail was overlooked. Here’s where the Caviar Co. has earned by business moving forward: as embarrassing as it is to admit… I messed up. I got so excited for the package and my husband was coming home soon, so I hurried to sneak it away so that he would not see. In my closet. Without refrigeration. For two whole days. I was heartbroken when I realized my mistake (and let me tell you, this was on ME and only me because it was OBVIOUS that I was to keep it cold - the packaging alerted me several times!) I reached out to the Caviar Co. and told them of my mistake. Not only did they not make me feel silly or like an inconvenience, they shocked me by replacing the jars at no charge. This is what customer service is supposed to look like from top to bottom and I am so thankful for Matt at Caviar Co. for saving the day - I will be back for future (refrigerated!) orders.

Didn't have the packing in stock for Pringles X the caviar. It was for my brother's birthday and wouldn't have arrived in time. Went with a cooler pack. Potato Latka's did not hold and were more like home fries so they were useless. There were no ice packs in box, just the insulation. Caviar was good! Overall, not happy at all with the money spent

Huge thanks to the whole The Caviar Co. team for helping my partner and me celebrate our 15th anniversary in such a classy way - nothing quite like a trip to Truckee with caviar and Pringles in tow. To be clear, I'm not a caviar connoisseur. I love fish roe on my sushi. That's about it. However, I saw this Pringles w/ caviar on TV and I had to try it. I'm so glad I did! From the packaging and unboxing, to the tasting, it was absolutely fabulous! I most certainly will be ordering again for the holidays! I highly recommend!

On my birthday, a dear friend from SoCal sends me caviar from The Caviar Company. All I can say is my day becomes exponentially better when I open the perfectly packed box and see the jars of caviar, cream fraiche, and blinis. My birthday evening becomes a tasteful bliss - thank you, The Caviar Company.

For years, my go to was Tsar Nicholai caviar, until I tried The Caviar co's caviar, that is. Fantastic customer service, Anise is lovely and a great host! We were guided through the different caviars and ultimately decided on both the Kaluga and Siberian caviars, which were both amazing! They even sell latkes, blini and creme Grau he to go with! My new favorite caviar! If only they were set up with a menu and champagne bar like their Tiburon location!

Pros:Delicious selection, fair price point, nice staff and a lovely location.Cons: Horrible parking options but I suppose that's the city in general. They also don't offer delivery outside of SF... Or so they say- because my husband and I were able to have a jar of sturgeon delivered to Vallejo after we paid and they ran out. I wish they were a bit more clear on that policy. Other than that we enjoy their products and will definitely be ordering from The Caviar Company again.

Planned reservations at Hangar 1 in Alameda paired with caviar tasting. Regrettably, the driver was rear ended and unable to deliver caviar. No need to fret! The company kindly offered to deliver caviar to residence for a private tasting. Product was delivered in less than 2 weeks with instruction cards and pairing pancakes. Their caviar was a pleasant experience. Hoping the driver has fully recovered. Ty for your kindness!
