As my husband and I were shopping, we heard who we assume were the female manager and male employee arguing out in the open. It was super awkward and honestly ruined my experience in the store. Whatever they argued about made the male employee so upset, that he said "you know what? I'm going home" and he left the store. There's a time and place for everything. The manager should have assessed the situation and tried to de-escalate and later talk about whatever their argument was at an appropriate time. Other than that, they had cute overpriced souvenirs. We found the same souvenirs in Chinatown for half the price

I went to this store to get help with my shoe's sole falling out. The employee there made a great effort to help me by giving us tape and rubber bands to hold up my shoe before I can get a proper repair.

Really cute and interesting gift shop. I wasn’t looking to buy anything when I walked in, but there are a lot of things I would have bought. Worth walking in and checking it out.

Good varieties with decent prices. Julio helped us and he was super friendly and not get frustrated even though we asked him so many questions regarding price and deals. It’s been my second visit to pier 39 and I am from Canada. I would recommend anyone going there to try this store.
