Not the greatest experience today. Had an issue with a cart I bought last week – the resin leaked, and I couldn’t vape the last 30%. Asked the budtender for help, but the response lacked empathy. Instead of looking into it, I was told to email the provider myself, put the battery at max power, and keep the cart vertical. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, at least informing the provider would be helpful for all of us. A bit disappointed with the customer service vibe today.
