Mason and Lev are both so sweet and made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. I got a bunch of new jewelry and Lev had so many great suggestions and ideas on making it all cute and cohesive. Mason did my piercing and was super accommodating and communicative throughout. I’m super happy with my entire experience at Ten Tigers! : )

THE BEST PIERCING PLACE YOU’LL FIND IN SF. I was pierced by the amazing “Kitty Soft Paws” Xochi, they were so gentle and beautifully delicate with everything I got done.(I had to get my Daith, tragus & stacked lobe jewelry re-inserted + new jewelry in my other ear Tragus & Rook PLUS a gorgeous Conch freshly pierced!!) Such a beautiful gem of a human. I felt nothing, THE most gentle hands ever. Not to mention Lev, at the front desk, who walks you through everything and anything jewelry/pricing or any other concerns or questions you may have✨ these two are the dynamic duo!! I would not have even remembered that I was at a piercing shop, such delightful humans. The best experience of my life. ??? Ten Tigers Piercing forever!!!

I had an incredible experience getting my nostril pierced! I was a little nervous but they made sure to talk me through the process and made me feel so comfortable. I love the jewelry they have in their shop as well. I’ll recommend all my friends to come here and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

Wow… what an amazing experience! I made an appointment to surprise my nephew with a nose piercing, that he has been wanting for a while. Mason and Lev were so supportive and friendly with giving my nephew (who wanted to flake) the confidence to decide for himself if he wanted to move forward. Their support and encouragement to go down either route with no pressure was so appreciated and refreshing to see. I will definitely be coming back with some friends for my next piercing. Went here for my first piercing and the people were incredibly friendly and professional. The setup was clean and they even helped me pick out my studs. Absolutely would recommend!!

I had a healing issue with a piercing (not done here and the issue was not the piercing). I went in and spoke with Mason. After an initial exchange of information (that clarified a lot) he explained what my options were and I felt relieved going forward with my decision. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. From the person at the reception desk to Mason, taking the time to fully explain piercings to me. I learned more from him in that short time that would have been so helpful had I known about it before the initial piercing. When people take the time to talk through your concerns, you know they truly care. I would refer my daughters to him! Thank you again Mason.
