Came here Nov 2021 for a full inspection, following that performed $2300 worth of services. When I got my car back, there was a warning light that persisted and I had to come back to the shop to get it turned off. Then my car battery started dying, which was bizarre because I had just replaced my battery not too long ago. Came back again to the shop, apparently it was due to loose battery terminals. I was definitely frustrated at that point because after spending more than $2k, I shouldn't have to come back to the shop not once but twice because they clearly missed some final checks on their end.Not along after my car started making very specific clunking noises I had never heard before. It kept getting worse so I finally took it into a different mechanic, said it was due to lack of lubrication on axles. Well, part of my $2300 service at Ted & Al's included axles, so I had strong reasons to believe this was the result of yet another sloppy job at their shop.Beyond frustrated at this point. All of these things - making sure warning light goes off, battery terminal, lubrication - they're all really small things that could've been prevented. Instead I had to run around multiple times trying to diagnose the issue and spend even more money at another shop.Interaction at Ted & Al's was fine, but I would not take my car back due to the extremely sloppy services.

Buzz and his team provide such great service. They really stand by their warranties, are super communicative and work fast. We had a window break multiple times and they fixed it the second and third time for free, no questions asked. They really care about their customers and do great work; I highly recommend!

Buzz is incredibly helpful and extremely accommodating. He saves the day every time I bring in a vehicle. Diagnoses are accurate, repairs are prompt, and I never get sticker shock from the bill. Keep up the excellent work!

Buzzis professional, courteous and polite and is knowledgeable aboutthe car's needs and work to be done. I am so happy that I foundTed and Al. My car wouldn't start in the Whole Foods parking lot, so I walked over and asked for a jump. They helped me right away, walking over with me to jump my car. It was a five minute process vs waiting an hour and a half for my insurance company's tow company to show up. I'll be back asap for a fresh battery and look over.

My seatbelt on the roof stuck and won’t retract, I spent much time even watched videos but I couldn’t fix it. Then I came to this store because of good reviews, the Chinese mechanic fixed it with a tool, they didn’t charge me. So nice and friendly.

Exceptional Service! I was in town for the evening when my car developed engine trouble. Knowing that I was from out of town, they made room and had my car on the road the next day. If it weren't for the fact that I live 120 miles away, they would be my regular mechanic.Services: Engine repair

I brought my Subaru in for a 60,000 mile check up and Buzz was great to work with and very helpful. I was not sure what to expect and he was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done and gave me an accurate quote of what it would cost. They were able to take my car in the day after I called and I picked it up the next day with no hassle. I would come back here again if my car needs any work in the future

My car ended up overheating in the nearby area, so I ended up taking the gamble to roll into here. As soon as they saw me pull in, they came over to greet me and see what they could help out with. They warned me that there were booked out for the day, but they still took the time to get me a diagnose and estimate on replacing my radiator and the other relevant parts. Even though they said they couldn’t do much today, they still topped off my radiator with water and patched what they could, allowing me to lug it home. And, they did all of this without expecting to charge me. I would definitely recommend coming here because their customer service is above and beyond.
