Due to my own carelessness, I needed a security audit on my electronic devices. Since I didn’t know anyone, I googled the best consulting firm to call. TechInSf was at the top of the list!
I got a callback within a half hour. I told John what happened and was advised to get a security audit. We set up an onsite appointment.
Justin came over and immediately got to work on checking all of my devices. Everything (except my hard drive which he removed) was clean. Justin was professional, precise, checked and rechecked everything in a timely manner.
I am so pleased and relieved with the service provided. I will spread the word that if someone needs any kind of technical support, call this company.

I encountered a hacking issue with my social media account and faced challenges in verifying my identity with a company lacking direct customer service. I reached out to around 20 tech companies, and John was the only one who took the initiative to set up a meeting to discuss the problem. He continued to follow up days later after reaching out to some contacts. While my issue was ultimately resolved through an automated process, I appreciate John's thoughtful approach. I highly recommend John and his team.

Amazing resource - they come to you! Very convenient and helpful. Michael was able to tackle some longtime issues with my computer and it's so much better now. He is considerate and explains things well. Great company, highly recommend!

Each time I move my home office or my actual office it's usually a nightmare. Today was the first time in over 10+ years it went perfect! My computers and printers are all networked and my VPN Tunnel is working perfect plus John reconfigured my NightHawk Wifi on the new network. Thank you so much!

I was looking for advice on upgrading an aging office server for a friend's dental practice, and John was extremely helpful and recommended a number of options with clear reasoning and pros/cons. I'm a web and database developer, and I can tell you he was extremely knowledgeable and transparent with his recommendations, there was no sales-pitching or up-selling going on. Good guy.

Great service, and excellent customer service! Mike is knowledgeable and tackles problems with ease. I had a broken computer and he was able to transfer data without my knowing passwords! The pickup at my home and helping to set up my computer at my home was added value. Highly recommend this company.

TechInSF were great and at a fair price! My original task was to help get my dual booting work correctly, but they also:- greatly improved the speed of my machine by fixing up the OS files.- properly setup my NVidia graphics card so I could use CUDA on the Linux side of my machine.I now have a go-to team for any hardware/software tech issues that I don't want to work through.They also did pickup and dropoff at my home in SF which is so convenient.

Super service! Great price!!!! Had my laptop screen replaced, that was handled beautifully. The laptop then had a glitch which they worked on and took care of for the original quote, I was very pleased. Oh, also picked up and dropped off at my home in SF, what could be more convenient??!!

I've had the pleasure to deal with John on multiple occasions. He knows computers, the pitfalls people encounter, how to fix them, has practical solutions, and is a very competent and useful contact. Request John specifically. I'm sure his underlings are also skilled techies, but go to the man. He's willing to come to you home or do things remotely. His time isn't cheap, but after he's done correcting the problem, he explains what went wrong and how to avoid the same problem in the future. He doesn't get overly technical in his explanations, so most lay folk should be able to understand.If John isn't sure how to fix the problem permanently, he can temporarily remedy the problem and then refer you to someone specialized in whatever the problem is. This is the case when it comes to specific computer applications/programs. When it comes to general computer problems, John fixes them quickly. No muss, no fuss. Hope this helps.

When my dog knocked over my laptop and spilled my water all over it I really thought I was in for it, it's a $2700 laptop and I was not looking forward to having to buy a new one . So after days of drying and it still not working properly I reached out to tech in sf. They were able to clean off any patinas and repair the damage that it took. They were extremely professional and thankfully they offered an express rate and I was able to get my laptop back in matter of a couple of days. It's working perfectly fine now thanks to them.

These guys are awesome! I had a laptop problem, contacted several repair companies, no one responded, except John from TechinSF that day. He sent Michael out for a house call the next day, who worked miracles, and provided excellent advice.Fixed the problem on the spot! I highly recommend this group for your computer needs.
