Went to sf for mission crit & then I saw a Taylor stitch store. The guy helping was very accommodating & helpful. Bought two shirts & some pants that are getting hemmed. Very good fabric & I stan. Thank you!

I had to exchange a shirt I purchased online. I called the day before to make sure they had the size and color I wanted. Luckily, they did and put the shirt aside for me. When I arrived at the store, they found the shirt easily under my name, and had me try on the shirt to make sure the fit was okay. The shirt fit fine and the whole process was so easy and fast. It's great that we have 2 of these stores in the city, so we can try the clothes on, make exchanges, or get refunded. The quality of their clothes is really good, and worth the higher price. Good to get discounts on their website in the Last Call section, except that all sales are final, so you have to be careful with the sizing.

Unfriendly staff and no even a "hi" or welcome. My son and I felt out of place when wee visited this evening. The store was empty and the male staff was glued to the computer screen. Although, I love the clothing, but I will not be shopping at this place. Thanks.

After multiple years of buying from Taylor Stitch I think they are still one of the best. I can't think of how many times I've been complemented. Their quality is good to great. The value is there. Like most clothes it can depend on what you are getting. I find their button up shirts to a be trim fit at 6'2 185 ...I go with large and It fits great in the chest and shoulders and has a touch of space through the body. While in my experience they were going through some sizing issues with pants a few years back that may have been flushed out. I had a hole in my shirt form cuz of my sharpe arse elbows--really great button up shirt with a rare color-- they patched puppy up with the same yarn for free! So their policy is legit and they stand behind their clothes. Hard to find that today at these price points.

Costly and high quality tailored jackets and shirts. I was hoping to purchase more than I did but with 400 a jacket I couldn't say yes. If you have the money, this place is nice but idk if it's THAT nice.

Don't sleep on this store. I walked in a few times and was always unsure if I should make the leap and I'm glad I finally did. I shop very little and like to keep my closet simple and don't follow the many trends out there. Taylor Stitch's classic style "Essentials" combined with quality construction and top tier fabrics can turn a simple closet into a go-to closet. I have a few shirts, bottoms (camp pants and selvedge jeans), and a jacket (long haul) that are bomb proof on style and quality. They are always updating their fabrics on these classic cuts so you will never get bored with the same old style if you want to try something new. On top of all this, I have been loving the customer service at the store. Not only is it helpful, but it's casual and no pressure environment. Example 1: I loved this one shirt they had, but it had a stain that wouldn't come out so he offered me the option of either ordering another one or receiving a discount. I chose the discount. Example 2: All their pants come in a 36" length so they can reduce the amount of waste, so they offer free hemming services that are top-notch. I tried on the jeans in the store, got them pinned and hemmed in less than a week.
