If I can give zero stars I would. He will not help my dad amend his taxes . He blame it was our fault! Lazy man who takes advantage of the elderly!

Great medical clinic in the Excelsior district. Most convenient place to get all my covid shots and blood tests. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and modern facilities on the 2nd floor. After seeing the doctors, you can conveniently pick up your prescription downstairs at Walgreens.

I've been coming to this clinic for about 6 months now and I am really surprised to see so many negative reviews. I do not speak Chinese but I didn't feel that they were treating me worse because of it. My primary physician is Dr. Scott Huang and I have honestly not had a more thorough doctor. I had a lot of pre op tests to complete and he and his assistant were always so helpful and always followed through and even kept me on track. The clinic is clean the receptionists (there are a few) are always very nice and try their best to help you right away. Another thing that I like abut this place and my doctor in particular is that he gives me the feeling that he genuinely cares about me and my health and my journey to get healthier.

I've read other people's reviews and I think they are valid. I've worked for hospital and I've had my own nightmares with other clinics. (Just read my other reviews) However, my own experience at this clinic was very different and I think that was due to Nurse Practitioner May Tang. In my mind she is the perfect combination of education, experience, knowledge and having a great personality. She is extremely knowledgeable but she's humble enough to listen to you. And I guess what I mean by that is that she's always curios and she never stops learning, so she's not concerned with presenting an image, she wants the right answer. I can't speak for other people's experiences with the clinic but I can say that May Tang is A+. When I had to move and find other health care I felt like I didn't just lose a good health care provider, I felt like I lost a friend.

Poorly trained staff. Referral forms were time sensitive and the staff there did not even send them out when I followed up with them 9 business days after the appointment. Staff had no idea why the forms were not sent out. I asked a few more follow-up questions regarding the referral forms and the staff mostly answered "I do not know"

HORRIBLE SERVICE, After calling and cancelling my second appointment for switching to a new doctor, I got another call from the office asking why I haven't showed up! Get organized and keep track of your patients! The visit overall was very unprofessional and on top of that they sent me bills asking for a copay after I already paid with my debit card at the time of service!!! Had to be on hold and got the run around for an hour between the office and my insurance for an "error in their system"?! Do not recommend whatsoever.

The quality of the management for this facility is very poor. VERY POOR! I got my physical exam 5 months ago, in February, and had to come back recently (in July) to have some paperwork filled out. The forms I had to fill out are based on my physical examination & my immunization records, shots and whatnot. The receptionists said they can't fill out my forms because my primary doctor wasn't in & that I had to reschedule. I'm not sure why my primary doctor was the ONLY doctor to fill out some of my forms, but okay sure. I reschedule and came back for them to charge me $75. I questioned them why I had to pay $75 to get my records. Their response is I'm being charged to see a doctor. I am not there to redo my physical exam nor see a doctor. I'm there to have some paperwork filled out about my physical exam and whether or not I received my shots for the year. So I don't understand why I'm being charged. While in the room with my doctor, I asked her why am I being charged to see her if all I need are some paperwork filled out. She wasn't even sure why I'm being charged if I'm not being checked out. She ticked a few boxes and signed my papers, and I was on my way. If possible, avoid this doctor's office. They'll milk you of every dollar you have.

dr scott huang and his staff are so inefficient they had failed to act on my prescriptions promptly. ran out of medicines twice and in both times had to call them to act on my prescriptions. requests for authorization from pharmacy sat for three days. horrible and incompetent. put my health at risk. never even returned call to me and give me an explanation for the problem.

All the staffs here just so rude , they are yelling the patient all the time , is not right to treat your patient like that!!! even the doctor , come to the front desk and complain about the patient in front of all the ppl waiting at the office , that's the patient's privacy how can he do that !!! all the staffs here just unprofessional at all. I don't feel I am at the clinic , is more like I am at the supermarket and those staffs talking so loud and laughing so hard , they talking about patients privacy all the time . How easy their job is , just come here and talk and get money .

I showed up at this location for my appointment due to the misleading information on Blue Shield website. This rating is based on the RECEPTION experience only. I learned that it is better not to receive service / knowledge from Exxx at reception because he barely knows his job knowledge. According to my experience, he first contradicted himself. The other female nurse jumped in to correct the information that was provided to me. Later on, he made a future appointment for me. He told me to arrive earlier because there would be paper work to fill out. Before I left, he actually gave me the paper to fill out to bring back next time. There was nothing else. After I got home, he called to let me know that I will be meeting with a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor and couple other preparation that I will need to do before the appointment. To my opinion, the information that he provided to me over the phone was more important compare to the ones that he provided when I was physically at the clinic. I would say it is better to have a better understanding what is more important to tell a patience if not to cover the full scrip.

Only went once so far, but I had a fine experience, especially compared to some other clinics I've been to in the recent past. Reasonable wait, medical assistants were quite friendly, and Dr. Huang was very responsive to my concern. Wish parking was easier, but it's par for San Francisco. Not sure about others' experiences, but I for one will definitely be back next time I'm in SF & need a doctor.
