Ask for Peter Ung when you go in this store. Hooked me up with the pixel 8 pro and even got a $500 credit for an old iPhone that we thought wasn't worth anything. He is the only one at this store that will go above and beyond to help a customer get what they came for, others will simply tell you no, you don't qualify, without even pulling up your account.

Tried to get a problem fixed on my spouse's iPhone. Well, it was finally working properly by the time we left the store but when we were out in the real world, the problem arose again. The guy who helped us was a little pissy and seemed put-out that he had to work at all but, since it was right after Halloween, he allowed me to have several pink pumpkin baskets that we leftovers from a promotion after I asked. The problem continues but we will find a solution elsewhere.

Made the switch from Android to iPhone today with no background whatsoever using Apple products. Peter was very patient with me and helped me get the best deal for my iPhone 15 and all the accessories, too, of course! 10/10 ask for Peter if you come here!

On Dec 3, 2022, a salesperson at this store offered us an $800 trade-in promotion and sold us an $800 phone. The store employee and manager couldn't figure out how to process the trade-in, but they nevertheless had us sign paperwork for the trade-in and purchase the new phone at the same time. This store instructed us to finalize the trade-in by calling Customer Service the next day. When we called Customer Service, they told us that it had been the store's job to process the trade-in. Customer Service further told us that we should not have trusted the salespeople at this store because they are "poorly trained" (their words, not mine). So, the trade-in was never processed, meaning we never received the $800 credit. This began a nine-month ordeal of us pleading with Customer Service and the store to honor the deal they made with us. The manager, Art Gaoiran, read a similar review from me on Google and said they would help me if I emailed them. I emailed, and I have not received a response nearly a month later.

Patient, professional, respectful.I recently switched to T-Mobile here. Got a weird glitch and asked for assistance at this store. It took 2 staff and finally the manager, Art, to make the glitch go away. During these 2 hours, the store is always busy. Every customer was treated well. While they were working on my issues, they kept the conversation on and I didn't feel bored at all. This was during the difficult period of SF downtown, when the homelessness can be found on every street and stores. I think there were 2 or 3 homeless, one of them with mental health issues, busted into the store. Staff and the security acted fast and interacted with them respectfully. They all left voluntarily shortly after.I'm really impressed.

So this T-Mobile store is really great! It was my first time actually coming inside the store and me not even being a T-Mobile customer, they were still kind enough to let me charge my phone for 15 minutes even though I'm not a T-Mobile customer. I wanted to leave this review and that all you guys know........ They were very friendly from the moment I walked in store. They let me use some of their cords to charge my devices I didn't have charging cords and boxes with. I recommend you stop by his T-Mobile store and at least see what's going on! Who knows?! Maybe they have some great deals or promotions going on.P.S. As a to caveat don't expect anything for free without offering something in return.P.S.S. it would have been a five-star review how they just let me charge my phone as long as I need to charge. They still get a 4-star review out of me

I went to this store to upgrade my phone and I received all the information and the process was easy. I recommend to ask for Cecilia, she is amazing! She is very professional and always looking for the best options. My process took a while because I was trading in a phone, so the system was kind of slow but she was very patient and always answered my questions. Also, the store manager was very professional too. All the T-Mobile agents that work there are 5 stars! Thanks! 100% recommended!

Great service! A man from the staff met us - we are visitors from abroad, at the entrance of the store and solved our problem of trying to refill a pre-paid card online - in literally less than 2 minutes on the spot! That guy really made our day! Thanks a lot!
