On 1:10 pm I walked in here to buy a wig this skinny asian rude male walked me through the store and once I decided the wig I wanted he took it to the counter like I was going to steal it I didn't like that move on June 22nd 2024 very racist customer service.

I went in the store to buy hair toner! Real quick, about 5mins or less and before I can turn the corner down the aisleI was met with a worker pretending "to re-arrange the developer". When I got to the front to pay, I accidentally took my card out too soon and boy did he get mad! He start talking down to me like I was a child even went as far to spelling out it saying :Don't, D O N O T" super rude and wild experience. Especially to only happen in the a matter of minutes! I told my boyfriend what happened when I got in the car and he said he also experience the same male cashier being an asshole, rude & racist! It's crazy that it's an Asian owned business that has been in the community for yearssssss and makes a living off blacks/African Americans. Stay away from this racist business! I will be reporting to the bbb because how are you still in business after all these years? Horrible

My friend recommended this establishmemt stating that it was an all in one for all my beauty neccessities. Oh boy was she correct! I was able to purchase eyelashes, extention, and hair dye. The price was resonable and the customer service was top notch. The employees are welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

I got my hair done by my friend who is in school for cosmetology school. She messed up the hair color so I was in a rush to get black hair dye. I called while I was on my way and made it barely before closing. The owners were sweet enough to let me complete my purchase. The owners were very knowledgable and responded to my questions with excellent details. Had no struggle choosing my hair dye. Thankfully I was able to restore my hair back to black before starting my new job. Highly recommend!

Stopped by to pick up some items for my wife. I was clueless upon entering and was taken back by the huge selection of different hair dyes. Thankfully the worker helped me select the correct hair dye. I will be back thanks to the top notch customer service.

My wife and I were in San Francisco to attend a friends wedding and she needed some supplies. We went to another store first and left because of the horrible experience and found this place. Were glad we found this place because the employees here are super nice and helpful with whatever you need. They will take their time to explain or help you with anything you need. Also the prices were great! So glad that we found this place. I'm definitely going to recommend all my friends who are in SF to come here.
