Really beautiful work on a funeral floral arrangement. The colors for the service were pink and white so Sweetheart Florist made an arrangement with those colors. Will definitely remember Sweetheart for future needs!

Highly recommend this establishment. Shirley was very professional and kind. She understands the tradition for people like me who don't. She gave suggestions for our father's funeral arrangements. When I had questions or needed to give her a heads up from the funeral home, she responded kindly to texts I sent to her. The flowers were beautiful and very reasonable. They also deliver to the East Bay.

It was my mom's birthday and i got everything but the flowers and not wanting to go back out in the rain i ran to doordash . i was glad to see roses for a great price. i added a note saying it was my moms birthday and asked them to hide the receipt . what showed up was above and beyond. she was so happy. they jazzed it up and even added a card . it was super sweet and im totally thankful !

A huge thanks to Shirley. Located in historic Chinatown. She delivers to all funeral homes in Colma. We purchased all of my grandfather funeral floral arrangements from Shirley. We also needed some casket items last minute and she was able to make it happen. She is the best! In terms of service, efficiency, prices and promptness. I purchased 2 funeral wreaths for $189! Casket spray $140!! Thank you Shirley for everything! We appreciate you so much!

Shirley, Karl and Elsa took the time to contact me even after hours about questions on my order. I was not too savvy about how and what to order for my brother's funeral. Turns out white is good for younger- and middle-aged adults; a heart with red flowers are okay for an older deceased male from an immediate family member - not friends, cousins, aunties/uncles! I ended up with a change order with ease and confidence for another shape and was okay with red flowers now. My order was finalized on Tuesday and delivered in good time on Saturday. Wow! my sisters were so happy to see the colorful and full wreath, and the banner with calligraphy in English was artistic and easy to read. Esther (order #3162)

I had the unfortunate circumstance of purchasing some flowers for a funeral service recently. The flowers that Sweetheart Florist created were beautiful and their customer service was great. I was so pleased with the arrangement that if the opportunity arises again I would use them in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
