I would like to start off my review with appreciation. I have been living in Mission Bay for about 14 years now. This has been the only God send for getting a haircut around this area and have been going ever since the move from the Sunset to Mission Bay. I met a stylist named Holly and supercuts got a loyal customer that day. But after awhile, my haircuts became inconsistent and unappealing, even giving advice to Holly didn't seem to make a difference. So I told my self to try another stylist. Just past visits I noticed another stylist and she would be joking and laughing and at times talking about personal experiences. So the next time I came in, I requested the other stylist. This is how I met Tracy, I gotta say: the first haircut was a memorable on. Thanks Tracy! Eventually, after years of seeing Tracy. Unfortunately, she informed me that her time at Supercuts was coming to an end. A major life change and move was over the horizon. I had some great experiences with Tracy and she is truly missed. So as my loyalty continues, I had to choose another stylist. This is how I switched seats and I met Maria. She also would be present when I was there with Tracy. It was a natural choice and easy transition for me. We also hit off right away and I have been seeing her til the present. She is great and deserves more pay or maybe more hours. She is a honest , positive, and motivated hard worker. She should be the manger or something. She is always there for her coworkers and doesn't sugar coat the experience or tell you what you wanna hear. I'm sorry this review is long, but I thought it would be fitting to share my history and satisfaction for this location and its stylists. I appreciate the service and enjoy myself when I'm there. Eileen is special! She listens to what I am trying to achieve with my hair styling and its upkeep. She also suggests how to blow-dry to get the effect, how to maintain the look and the styling gels / spray. I really enjoy having her as my stylist.
Requested style: I wanted a change from a "bob". Desired asymmetry and we got there w/ a great look which I can wear in my professional workplace, love Eileen's experience and trust her eye and skill!

Stylist: Nithya is my regular go to person for hair colour. She is very courteous and considerate. I once told her about how I don’t like my clothes getting wet during shampoo and so she always takes care care to avoid that?

Maria is awesome. She has cut my hair a few times now and has always done a great job. She is very nice and pleasant and always smiling. She even remembered that at my last visit we talked about me possibly getting a buzz cut. She saw that I made an appointment today and said, oh he’s serious. LOL! Thanks Maria. You are the best. Jake
