Ordered a couple of Ghost figures back in December as Christmas gifts. After waiting all this time, I receive an email today that they canceled the order. If you don’t have the items to sell. Don’t sell them! Bad business. No communication skills. This was ordered through Amazon. But I was given the name of this store as the seller of this item.

Super7 has become one of my absolute FAVORITE purveyors of plastic goodness within recent years. The Supersize and Ultimates lines especially have won my business forever!

The store is cool and the toys are awesome. They also have shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and about 3 plushies. The reason I took a star off is because of the employee. We went on Sunday afternoon planning to spend a lot of money but the employee's attitude made us leave without buying anything. He seemed annoyed that he had to deal with customers. There are no prices on anything so you have to ask him how much everything is. He might be new as he was unable to answer 2 questions (not price related.) It seems like a kick back job so that's probably why he works there but if he doesn't like dealing with customers he should find another job.

Super7 always puts up an awesome booth during any of the comic cons they come out to. Love their collabs and superior quality shirts. I've purchased most of their peanuts and kaiju ones online but wanted to visit the site while in town.A lot of items in the store were out of stock due to popular demand, but expected. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful.

My partner and I often get sucked into a cute toy at places like Woot bear in the Haight, but recently stopped by Super7 as we were trying to find a more extensive selection of a Peanuts collection. We found some of what we were looking for, but could easily have walked away with a whole bunch of other figures too. Super7's store is small but mighty. They pack a lot in! Your eyes will just be wandering for a while, taking in everything there is to behold. If your interest gets piqued by a certain something, the staff is more than happy to help pull it down (if up too high), and/or talk through any of the features, etc. Since you're buying it straight from the source, basically everything is as reasonable as it gets in terms of price. Of course, that being said, some of the items have a high tag. If you want some of the bigger items, prepare to drop some cash!

Love this place and Super 7. Picking up a Cats Lair for someone next year to avoid shipping out of country (maybe). Good company and fun store on the expensive side but worth the price.

It’s not a lot of toy stores around the Bay Area anymore like they used too. This toy store is not your ordinary toy store though. If your like me and love Nostalgic things then this place has it all packed in this store.I was walking by and took a glance at the store. Usually when I do this I NEVER walk in. EVER.But this time was different. There was a guy named Brian that was working there ( sorry for the long awaited review) that was so chill. I spoke with him and he somehow got me to walk inside the store. I usually try to steer away from sales people but he was more genuine than that. Authentic. He showed me around the store and told me about cool things that were coming to the store which made me return back to get those items.I always appreciate people like him whenever I enter a company for the first time. Because if you a I’m an ongoing customer for life.Would hate to sound like one of those people coming into a store just to say promote this guy, but I think he has a lot to offer to go along with his passion for toys. Thanks again for the amazing experience, I will be back, hopefully with more customers.

Super7 is a quaint but fully stocked action figure collectibles storefront that offers all the 80s and 90s goodness from your childhood. If you are familiar with the Star Wars Kenner line from the late 70s, Super7 has continued that classic body mold but with a wide variety of both old and new movie, tv and music pop culture, ranging from the Universal Classic Monsters, TMNT, MMPR, The Simpsons and bands like Run DMC, Iron Maiden and Metallica. They have even started their own original figures too called The Worst or Ghostly Weird which are both uniquely imaginative and creatively designed.I heard about this place after attending a toy show in Santa Clara a few weeks ago and was recommended by Brian, one of the employees at the booth to come visit whenever I was in the city. And yesterday, after seeing The Flash at the Alamo Drafthouse Theatre, we decided to swing by as it was only a 5 minute drive from the Misson district. Coincidently, I was greet by Brian himself who not only was very welcoming and informative about the products and upcoming series lines in the horizon but shared his personal favorites and kitbashing he's done with a few of his own. I pleasantly left with an Iron Giant and Mars Attack figure being the sci-fi nerd/geek I am and surprisingly influenced my girlfriend and good friend to walk out with a purchase of their own. (Patrick from SpongeBob and Data from Star Trek/TNG respectively.)However, upon leaving the storefront we recalled Brian sharing a special the store is offering where if you buy 4 figures you receive a 5th free. Looking at the items we had in hand we did not want to pass up this opportunity of an extra figure so we immediately darted back and pleaded our case about whether this deal applied for our transactions and to our relief Brian happily obliged. It was only fitting that we chose Voltron to complete the 5th (lion) action figure of that eventful evening.I couldn't recommend this place anymore for toy enthusiasts and pop culture nerds or if you want to reminisce on a small piece of nostalgia from your childhood. I for sure know I'll definitely return back here when I'm in the city.

Stepping Super7 is like being back into the past and future at the same time. I like the different types of toys and items at Super7. Unique and nostalgic items for sale. Came out with a smile.

DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PLACING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ON SUPER7. I had to pay +200% the already expensive shipping costs or their courier wouldn't deliver my products. I asked for their help and they did absolutely nothing.PS: I know this a listing of the retail store. I don't care.

The online store has the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. Actually, it's non-existent. I have placed multiple orders and have never received a confirmation email (yes, I checked SPAM), I have requested confirmation emails both from the website and from the email listed with no responses. For the orders that have shipped, I didn't receive a shipping notification. The order status on the website remains "Unfulfilled" up to the point that it shows up at my door.At this point, as far as my outstanding orders with items in stock, it seems they just took my money and ran. If you like their products, as I unfortunately do, buy them from anywhere else.
