Unsatisfactory customer service experience. Cashier's behavior was exceptionally impolite. I've decided not to bring my daughter here in the future. My daughter was taken aback when the cashier abruptly grabbed items from her hands. While I understand that such actions might be culturally acceptable in certain regions (in some Asian countries the cashier is coming from), it's important to maintain a respectful and educated demeanor, especially in a diverse place like America. Treating everyone with courtesy and civility is essential.

Asked the cashier, about some fake rings and she told us the prices very fast and Rudely. She kept changing the prices, a little word of advice. “PUT THE RINGS IN A SPOT THAT HAS THERE PRICE RANGES!” Like 10 dollar rings here, 15 dollar rings there. it’s merged together and it doesn’t make sense. I tried to take the ring off but she yanked and twisted the ring off my finger to the point that it turned red. Never again! sorry you lost a customer!

This was my first visit to Japantowm as am visiting from out of state. The owner was pestering me to buy multiple items. I ended up buying the ring only and kept the hair clip back. When I got to the cashier to pay, she said “no hair clip” I said “no”. She then snatched the cash out of my hand. Seems she was upset I didn’t buy 2 items or more. Honestly some of the items were just overpriced in my opinion as they are available online for a bit cheaper. Customers have the right to pick and choose what they want to buy.

I bought a ring from here. Also, so many kawaii things. So hard to resist. I want to get a second ring, haha.

It's definitely a very cutesy type of store that sells Japanese products like Sanrio merch and many kinds of plushies. When I walked in the staff were nice and greeted me although I went on a day where there weren't many people in Japantown. I'm not this store's target demographic honestly, but it's still a fun store to browse around in when I have the time.

This will always be one of my favorite stores in Japantown. Its a very girly store and the employees are really kind! My favorite things they have out of many varieties to choose from are Sanrio items (authentic), hairclips and hairbands, food erasers, many todidoki items, kawaii plushies, and blind boxes. They also have backpacks, baby items, and so much more. I'll always love this store forever~

This is a very unique little shop inside Japan Center Malls. Amino Boutique is not a very big store. But carry a lot of cute Japanese souvenirs and household items there. It is fun to check out what they have and you might bring some cute little things home. They are one of the very few stores that have crowd control in front of the store. The maximum amount of people allowed in the store is 20 people only. The employees in the store are very friendly and they will only come to you when you have questions. I don't feel any pressure when I'm shopping there. They have so many items I'm interested in and I want to bring it all home! Lol! Check them out and I think you'll like them!

Since my son was born, I have bought many Skip-Hop infant bottles, children's plates, toddler juice cups and over four children's back packs from Amiko. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Fast forward to the present date. As many small businesses are struggling to pay rent and survive you would think customer service would be a priority. I waited at the door for ten minutes, due to the 10 person capacity. When the store owner finally showed up at 5:00PM sharp, she informed me that they were closed even though the store still had ten customers. Even though the prices are marked up and I could buy every item for a discounted price online, I supported Amiko, but no more. Obviously Amiko is in fine financial shape during the pandemic and doesn't need customers. At least Amazon believes in customer service.
