It took almost 20 min to get to me with one person ahead in line - I started the order but the one person working was so slow to get through my order that I had to just leave it. I had to go without lunch and late to my appointment in the same building.

This Subway do not accept Subway Coupons. Which is fine if they operate under a different franchise. I will take my business to the Vietnamese Sandwich place 20 steps away.

First time eating Subway in 3+ years. Nothing's changed, might have gotten worse. * the bread was doughy/undercooked* the 6" sub featured ONE piece of roast beef* there were ants on the counter when paying, and flys in the cookie case* for the price I can get any other sandwich from a place that cares about qualityI'll give it another 3-5 years before I try again, if they're still in business

Received subway coupons in the mail, went to use them and was told they don’t accept coupons at this location anymore. Way too expensive for the quality and quantity of food. Plus they had only one person working during lunch so they were touching the register and the food. Worker was friendly and doing their best though so not their fault. Never coming back here.

They should really close this branch down, inept employees. Ordered my sandwiches via online 4 sandwiches all footlong. Came back with one sandwich that was fully intact. The other 3 sandwiches were all bread hardly any ingredients. It's as if you need to watch them make your sandwiches in order for them to be doing there job. Never again.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR COUPONS YOU GET IN THE MAIL.I was in a bind and remembered I had that coupon flyer you get in the mail. Went there to support this location, but found out they didn't need my money.

The service was terrible, there was no customer interaction whatsoever and the employee seemed to be very angry at being there by herself. I don't blame her if she's having a hard day or a hard life but it shouldn't be something that spills out unto customer service that we are paying our money for.In addition the food was not fresh at this specific location. The tuna sandwich we ordered had really old tuna in it. The tuna smelled really fishy and was unusually very soft and had no texture to it. The other sandwiches were lacking in meat, maybe they are trying to save money? There are other Subways to choose from, and I would choose the others over this place.

The worst experience ever.First time I went to this location, a homeless person had taken some drink from the fountain machine.This set the employees off. They wouldn't let it go. Had to endure 10 minutes of watching employees go on serious rants. The most heated employee refused to take a break.So here come time to get my sandwich. I'm not asking for a smile. I'm not asking for a joke.I'm just asking that your employees not be full blown assholes.I'm not homeless, I didn't do anything to you.2nd time I went to this location it was closed at 1pm. I hung around and the employee opened the door.As a customer I waited patiently for the store to reopen. The employee treated me as if I was bothering her.So let's get to my ordering experience. This time I get to order without listening to toxic negativity.Finish my order and present my coupon. Granted I live a few blocks away so this is a neighborhood coupon. She says they don't take coupons and to go to sloat.So I agree. Never go to this location. Ike's is in the mall and you won't get the BS that Subway has.Just go to Sloat if you want a Subway sandwich.

I haven't been to Subway for a while, so I was pretty excited to get a sub! There was no one inside the store, so I rang the bell on the counter. We waited for a while until someone showed up. She helped a guy who had cut us in line. Riva was the only one working and she was incredibly rude. Unmasked and she seemed very bothered that we were placing an order. My husband asked to use the bathroom. She said no because she just cleaned it.... This made absolutely no sense. We came at 4pm and they close at 7pm. It felt as if the store was about to close. Such a terrible subway experience.
